എല്ലാ കല്ലുകളും ഉറപ്പുള്ള കരിങ്കല്ലിൽ തീർത്തതും ഓരോ കല്ലിന്റെയും മുകളിൽ നിന്ന് താഴേക്ക് മൂന്നിലൊരു ഭാഗം ചതുരപ്പെടുത്തിയതും അവയുടെ ഒരുവശത്ത് ഒരു സെന്റീമീറ്റർ ആഴത്തിലും 12 സെ. മീറ്റർ നീളത്തിലും 7 സെ. മീറ്റർ വീതിയിലും തെങ്ങ് അടയാളം കൊത്തിയതും ആയിരിക്കണം. തെങ്ങടയാളത്തിന്റെ മുകളറ്റം കല്ലിന്റെ മുകളിൽ നിന്ന് 7 സെ. മീ. താഴെയായിരിക്കണം. ഓരോ കല്ലിന്റെയും മുകളിൽ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 1 സെ. മീറ്റർ ആഴത്തിലുള്ള പ്ളമറ്റ് ഹോളും ഉ≠ായിരിക്കണം. ബ്ലോക്കതിർത്തിയിലും ഖﬁം അതിർത്തി യിലും ട്രൈജംഗ്ഷൻ പോയിന്റുകളിലും ടൗൺ സർവ്വെയിലും സ്ഥാപിക്കേ≠ിവരുന്ന കല്ലുകൾക്ക് നിയമാനുസൃതമായ അടയാളങ്ങൾ ഇന്റന്റിൽ പറയുംപ്രകാരം കൊത്തിയിരിക്കണം.

ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 10 ശതമാനത്തിൽ കുറയാതെയുള്ള തുകയ്ക്ക് ഏറ്റവും ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 2,00,000 രൂപ (2 ലക്ഷം രൂപ) എന്നതിന് വിധേയമായി ടെ≠റുകാരന്റെ സ്വകാര്യ സ്വത്തുക്കളുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഒരു അസ്സൽ സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ തീയതിക്ക് 6 മാസത്തിനകം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട താലൂക്കുകളിലെ തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങിയിട്ടുള്ളത് ടെ≠റിനോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ടെ≠റുകാരൻ സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ കാണിച്ച സ്വത്തിന്റെ പകുതി ഭാഗം കരാർ കഴിയുന്നതുവരെ ഗവൺമെന്റിലേക്ക് പണയപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തും അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം കരാർ മതിപ്പു വിലയുടെ 5% വരുന്ന തുക ബാങ്കിലടച്ച് ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റോ ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാര≠ിയോ കരാർ കഴിയുന്നതുവരെ ഗവൺമെന്റിലേക്ക് പണയപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തു മാകുന്നു. ഈ തുക കരാർ മതിപ്പുവിലയുടെ 5% ജാമ്യ തുകയായി ടെ≠ർ സ്വീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം ടെ≠റുകാരൻ നിയമപ്രകാരം ഒടുക്കുന്നതിന് പുറമേയാകുന്നു.
