Tenders are invited for the supply of the following items to Government Engineering College, Barton Hill , Thiruvananthapuram are extended as detailed below:

LIST OF ITEMS

1. Upgrading Solid Edge- 11.0 to its latest version OS-Windows XP and Linux .

2. Upgrading Ansys 9.0 to its latest version with Thermal, Structural and fluid flow Modules OS-Windows XP and Linux .

The tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. P2/293 /GEC/ 2008 due on 23-10-2008 " and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 22-10-2008, 3 p . m . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 23-10-2008 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender forım should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400+ 12.5 % VAT Rs . 450 , which is the price fixed for the same and which is non - refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 22-10-2008 , 3 p.m. Cheques , Stamps , Demand Drafts etc. , will not be accepted towards the cost of the form nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at the rate of Rs . 200 +12.5 % VAT 225 . per copy .

As per the tender condition the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value of Rs . 50 and an EMD 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered. Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected .

Those who should of want the tender form by post send Rs . 50 by Money Order to the under-signed Outside firms who desire to get KSP should send an additional amount Rs. 60 along with the cost of tender form .

1. സോളിഡ് എഡ ജ്-11.0 എന്ന 13000° വെയർ പുതിയ വെർഷനിലേക്ക് അപ്ഗ്രേഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് (വിൻഡോസ് എക്സ് പി , ലിനക്സ് അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുളളത് . )

2. ആൻസിസ് 9.0 സോഫ്ററ്വെയർ പുതിയ വേർഷനിലേക്ക് അപ്ഗ്രേഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് (വിൻഡോസ് എക്സ് പി, ലിനക്സ് എന്നിവ അടിസ്‌ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ളത് ) ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ " ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ പ12 / 293 / 2008 / ജി.ഇ.സി.ബി . , തീയതി 23-10-2008 " എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉദ്യോഗ സ്ഥന് 22-10-2008 -ാം തീയതി 3 മണിക്കുമുമ്പ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 23-10-2008-ാം തീയതി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ദർഘാസുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 450 രൂപ വില നൽകി ദർഘാസ് വാങ്ങേണ്ടതാണ് . 22-10-2008-ാം തീയതി 3 മണി വരെ ദർഘാസ്‌ഫോറങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . പോസ്റേജ് സ്ററാമ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവ ഡസ്വീകരിസ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . اللهاللهالله ആയി ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ ഒരു പ്രതിക്ക് 225 രൂപ കൂടി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ പി 1/ 1582 /08 /ജി.ഇ.സി . , 23-10-2008 എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് 23-10-2008 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്കുമുമ്പ് സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 24-10-2008 -ാം തീയതി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് നിയമമനുസരിച്ച് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പി ക്കുമ്പോൾ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ സമ്മതപത്രവും നിരതദ്രവ്യവും വയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. സമ്മതപത്രവും നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാൽവഴി ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 50 രൂപ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ് , ബാർട്ടൺഹിൽ , തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന പേരിൽ അയച്ചുതരേണ്ടതാണ് . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള കമ്പനിക്കാർക്ക് കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം 60 രൂപ കൂടി അധികമായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . "

The last date for the receipt of tender is 24-10-2008, 2 p . m . The tenders will be opened at 11 a . m . on 25-10-2008 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .

Those who want the tender form by post should send Rs . 50 by Money Order to the undersigned . Outside firms who desire to get KSP should send additional amount of Rs . 60 along with the an cost of tender form .
