The tenders should be superscribed with tender no. and name of work in sealed cover and addressed to the District Officer , Ground Water Department, Pazhaveedu P. O. , Alappuzha- 09 , Kerala State . Late tenders will not be accepted . Tender form will not be send by VPP . The tender forms are not transferable Cost of tender forms will not be refunded . Sale of tender form will be closed at 1 p . m . on 30-10-2008 .
The tenders duly filled should reach the under- signed on or before 30-10-2008 , 3 p . m . and it will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p . m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized agents , 60

The tenderers should be executing a preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth Rs . 50 with each tender . Stamp paper will be supplied to the firms outside Kerala along with the tender form on payment Rs . 100 (Hundred only ) including the postal charge, which may be remitted as money orders or in cash directly along with the cost of tender form . EMD along with the tender form as demand draft in favor of the District Officer , Ground Water Department, Pazhaveedu P. O. , Alappuzha- 9 payable at Alappuzha . If the last day of the date of opening of the tender turns to be a holiday, the next working day will be taken as the last working day ofof opening of tender . The tenderers should submit the experience certificates at the time of receipt of tenders . The works should be completed within one month after the receipt of the work order .
The District Officer is empowered to cancel reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof. All the conditions applicable to the government tender will be applicable or to this tender also .

(3) ഉയർത്തിവച്ച് വൈദ്യുതീകരണം നടത്തി പൈപ്പുലൈൻ വലിച്ച് ടാപ്പുകൾ ഘടിപ്പിച്ച് 50 ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത് ടാപ്പ ചെയ്ത് ടാപ്പുകളിലൂടെ ശുദ്ധജലം ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതുവരെ യുളള ജോലികൾക്ക് , ഷെഡ്യൂളിൽ പറയുന്ന എല്ലാ സാധന സാമഗ്രി കളും ലഭ്യമാക്കിയുളള

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ജില്ലാ ആഫീസർ , ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ് , പഴവീട് പി . ഒ . , ആലപ്പുഴ എന്ന വിലാസ ത്തിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും പേരും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വൈകി എത്തുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും കൈമാററം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിൻറെ വില തിരിച്ചുനൽകു ന്നതുമല്ല . 30-10-2008 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിവരെ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്നതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ഫാറങ്ങൾ 30-10-2008 -ന് ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞ് 3 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം 3.30 മണിക്ക് വൈകുന്നേരം ഹാജരാകുന്ന കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻറുമാരുടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ പരിശോധിച്ച് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തുമാണ് .
സർക്കാരിൻറെ 50 രൂപ ( അൻപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക อรณ รา ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കേരളംകേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുനിന്നുള്ള സഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കും വ്യക്‌തികൾക്കും മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവര (മെങ്കിൽ പത്രവിലയും തപാൽ ചാർജ്ജും ഉൾപ്പെടെ 100 രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായോ പണമായോ ദർഘാസ് വിലയോടൊപ്പമോ അടയ്ക്കുക യാണെങ്കിൽ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കും . നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടങ്കൽ തുക യുടെ 2.5 % ജില്ലാ ആഫീസർ , ഭൂജല വകുപ്പ് , ആലപ്പുഴ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ആലപ്പുഴയിൽ മാറാവുന്ന വിധം ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡ്രാഫ്ററായി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം നൽകേ ണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ദിവസം അവധിയാകുന്നപക്ഷം തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന താണ് .
ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള ഉത്തരവ് നൽകി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അന്നുമുതൽ ഒരുമാസത്തിനകം പ്രസ്തുത നിർമ്മാണ ജോലി പൂർത്തിയാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാ സുകൾ റദ്‌ദ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനോ ഉളള അവകാശം ജില്ലാ ആഫീസറിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . കേരള സർക്കാരിൻറെ ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച നി ബന് ധനകളും ഈ ദ ർ ഘാ സി നും ബാധകമാണ് .
