Whereas Vishakhapattanam Ray Construction Limited, has deposited with this court an amount of Rs. 3,97,615 (Rupees three lakhs ninetyseven thousand six hundred and fifty only ) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri G. Deepak who met with a fatal accident on 11-5-2007 arising out of an accident inthe course of his employment under the above employer.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer , Chirayinkeezhu it is understood that the following persons are the dependants of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 22 ( 1 ) (d) of the Workmen's . Compensation Act, 1923.1923.

Now, therefore notice is hereby given that any other presons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims , in writing before me within 15 ( fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the entire amount of stipulated time limit, the compensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above . Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will not be considered.
റേകൺസ്ട്രക്‌ഷൻ ലിമിറ്റഡ് , വിശാഖപട്ടണ ത്തിൻറ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമുണ്ടായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ . ജി . ദീപക്കിൻ്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്ന തിനായി 3,97,615 രൂപ ( മൂന്നുലക്ഷത്തി തൊണ്ണൂറി ഏഴായിരത്തി അറുന്നൂറ്റി പതിനഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് . തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 ( 1 ) (ഡി ) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാൻറ
[PART III ആശ്രിതരായി ( 1 ) ശ്രീ . ഗോപിനാഥൻ , 67 വയസ് (പിതാവ് ) , (2 ) ശ്രീമതി എൻ , കമലമ്മ (മാതാവ്) , തെക്കുവിളാകം , മണനാക്ക് , വക്കം പി . ഒ . എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉളളൂവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന അപ്രകാരമുളള മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസററിൽ പരസ്യ പ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എൻറ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേണ്ടതു മാണ് . നിർദ്‌ദിഷ്‌ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാര തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യക്തികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പി ക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
