Sealed tenders are invited for the Supply of Desktop Computer with accessories to the Department of Philosophy in the Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for a total sum of Rs . 33,000 (Rupees thirtythree thousand only) for the year 2008-09 . The details of required specifications will be supplied along with the tender forms .

The tender should be submitted as tender No. A6/ 1958 /2008-09 /GCW dated 30-9-2008 for the supply of Desktop Computer with accessories to the Phylosophy Department and addressed to the Principal , Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് , ചെക്ക് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ മുതലായവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ஜெர் ഫോറത്തിന 100 രൂപ + വാറ് നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .

സൂചന : -ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വില എഴുതുമ്പോൾ അത് നികുതിയടക്കം ഉളളതായിരിക്കണം .

The intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the colleg office between 10 a. m. to 1 p . m . on all working days from on payment of Rs . 150+ VAT .VAT. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 100+ VAT . Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelop affixing postage stamp of worth Rs . 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circum- stances . The tender forms are not transferrable.

Cheques, Postage Stamps , and Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by V.P.P. Kerala stamp paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they request for the same and remit separately Rs . 50 being the cost of Stamp Paper andRs . 30 towards postage . Money Order alone will be accepted for this purpose .
