TENDER NOTICE
No. 58 /2008-09 .

Sealed tenders are superscribed as tender No, 58 / 2008-09 for the supply of Web Offset Blanket with Aluminium strip , Aluntinium strip, Rivet is invited by the undersigned for the use of Government Presses . The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 31-10-2008 at 1 p.m. and the same will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs . 400+ VAT 4 % for original form and Rs . 200+ VAT 4% for duplicate . Cheques Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps , Fostal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sentby V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by registered post subject to a cash payment by M.O. inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p . m . on 31-10-2008 . An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tenders . Money Orders willbe entertained only upto 21-10-2008 and the purpose of sending money order should be specified in M. O. coupon clearly. Late tenders , tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1 % of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 will not be accepted on any account .
സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് അന്നേ അവർ വെബ് ഓഫസെറം" ബ്ളാങ്കറ്റ് ( അലുമിനിയം സ്ട്രിപ്പോടുകൂടിയത് ) അലുമിനീയം സ്ട്രിപ്പ് , വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .ന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 31-10-2008 , 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിന് മുകളിൽ " ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 58 /2008-09 ബ്ലാങ്കറ്റ് അലൂമിനിയം സ്ട്രിപ്പ്ററ് , റിവറ വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച് എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
400 ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ + 4% മൂ..നി . നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് 200 രൂപ +4 %രൂപ + 4 % മൂ.വ. നി . (നികുതികൾ പുറമേ) നിരക്കിലുംലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്‌സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവു ന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി പോസ്‌റൽ (ഡാഫ്ററ് . ചെക്ക് , ഡിമാൻറ് ഓർഡർ , തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കു കയോ ഫോറം വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റോജ് ചെലവിനുളള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ രജിസ്റേറർഡ് ദർഘാസ് അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്ന തപാലിൽ താണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ .. കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് . 50 രൂപ വിലയുളള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരും കാരണ വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല , മണിയോർഡർ 21-10-2008 വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു . മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്ത‌മായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
