Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of 4 Items of Plastic items for the use of Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals , Palode , Pacha P. O. , Thiruvanantha- puram.
The tender should be superscribed " Tender No. X/2008-09 " Supply of " Plastic Items" and should be addressed to the Director, Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals , Palode , Pacha P.O. , Thiruvanantha- puram, Korala , Pin- 695 562. Last date for the receipt of the tender is 30-10-2008 at 11 a . m . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 12 p . m . on 30-10-2008 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Director, Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals , Palode , Pacha P. O. , Thiruvanantha- puram, Pin- 695 562 , for obtaining the prescribed tender form on which the tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 700 and VAT 12.5 % which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 29-10-2008. Those who have wish to get the tender form by post may sent Rs . 850 by M.O. which includes cost, taxes , postal charges etc. Cheques, Postal Stamps , Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender forms nor will the forms be sent as V. P. P. Duplicate forms if required will be issued at Rs . 400 and VAT 12.5% extra per copy .

ദർഘാസ് ഉൾക്കൊളളുന്ന കവറിനു പുറത്ത് " ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 10 / 2008-09 , പ്ലാസ്ററിക്ക്' ഐറ്റംസ് നൽകുന്നതിന്ന്നതിന് ' എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ഡയറക്ടർ , ഇൻസ്ററിററ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് അനിമൽ ഹെൽത്ത് ആൻറ് വെറ്ററിനറി ബയോളജിക്കൽസ് , പാലോട് പോസ്ററ് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , കേരളം ,കേരളം , പിൻപിൻ .1-695562- 695 562 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 30-10-2008 പകൽ 11 മണി വരെയാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 30-10-2008 പകൽ 12 മണിക്ക് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ദർഘാസു കാരനോ അംഗീകൃത ഏജാൻറാ പ്രസ്തുത സമയത്ത് ഹാജരുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കു ന്നതാണ് .
