NOTICE
OF VOLUNTARY WINDING UP
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 485 (1) of
the Companies Act, 1956 that the members of Idukki
Micro Power Company Limited, Zilla Panchayath
Building, Kuyilimala, Painavu P. O., Thodupuzha Taluk,
Idukki District, Pin-685 502 at the Extra oridinary General
Meeting held on 22nd day of August 2008 have resolved
in terms of Section 484 (1) (b) of the Companies Act,
1956 to wind up the company voluntarily and appointed
Adv. Mary Syriac, d/o Devasia, T. J., Perumana, Kattapana,
Idukki-685 508, as a liquidator of the company.
