In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4 ) of Rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri K. A. Aliyar , Advocate , Panacka Parampil House, Thaikattukara , Aluva-6 as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 30-1-2007 in the area comprising Aluva Taluk in the Revenue District of Ernakulam with Register No. 93 /97 /ΕΚΜ .
