അനസ്തേ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലെ ഷ്യോളജി ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറിലെ വേപ്പറൈസറുകൾ കാലിബ്രേററ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു . മുദ്രവച്ച

' രേഖ പ്പെടു ത്തേ ണ്ട തും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ , തൃശ്‌ശൂർ , മുളംകുന്നത്തുകാവ്- 680 596 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 29-11-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്കു മുമ്പായി അയച്ചുതരേണ്ടതും ആകുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ബന്ധ പ്പെട്ടവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . വില 450 രൂപ . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില 225 രൂപ , ഫോറം വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്ന തീയതി 28-11-2008 , 4 മണി . മണിയോർഡർ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 22-11-2008 , 4 ๑๓. ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണ മെന്നുളളവർ 50 രൂപ வேர்ண അയയ് ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ കാരണ വശാ ലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾക്ക് ഓഫീസുമായി പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെടുക . യാതൊരു മണിയോർഡർ Sealed tenders are invited for the Calibration and servicing of 14 Nos . of Vaporizers of Anaesthesia Machines for the Department of Anaesthesiology , Medical College , Thrissur . The tender should be superscribed "Tender No. 12 / 2008-09/ MCTCR for the Calibration and servicing of 14 Nos . of Vaporizers for the Department of Anaesthesiology " and addressed to the Principal , Medical College , Thrissur . The last date fixed for the receipt of tender is at I p . m. on 29-11-2008 and opening is at 3 p . m . on 29-11-2008 . Sale of tenders will be closed on 28-11-2008 . The cost of tender form is Rs . 450 and duplicate copy is Rs . 225. The tender form is not transferable . Only money order will be accepted towards the cost of tender form till 22-11-2008 and Rs . 50 shouldbe send additionally if needed by post .
