The tenders should be superscribed as " Supply of Sports Equipments under maintanance of playgrounds and improvement of sports facilities (Plan) during 2008-09 " and addressed to the Principal , P.T.M. In the case of successful tenderers they should pledge the properties to the value of 50 % ( fifty per cent only) of the total value shown in the Solvency Certificate with the Government till the expiry of the contract or they should pledge the Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee for the remittance of an amount not less than 5 % of the value of the contract with the Government till the expiry of the contract .
