In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 (d) of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Central Act 1952) read with Rule 13 ( 12) (b) (ii ) of the Notaries Rules , 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby suspend the Certificate of Practice of Sri K. K. Alikoya , Advocate & Notary Public , Melengadi P. O. , Kodotty , Malappuram District for a period of six months with effect from 6-8-2008 since it is proved that there is misconduct and failure in discharge of duties on the part of Shri K. K. Alikoya as Notary Public .

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( a) of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) theGovernment of Kerala hereby remove the name of Shri P. M. Mohammed Ali , Advocate, Aikarakudy , U. C. College P. O. , Aluva - 2 from Register of Notaries with immediate effect .

Raed: Letter dated 20-11-2007 received from Sri P. M. Mohammed Ali , Advocate & Notary , Ernakulam.
As per the letter read above, Sri P. M. Mohammed Ali , has requested to relieve him from the duties of Notary as he has been bed ridden . He surrendered his original Certificate of Practice .
Government have examined the matter and decided to cancel the Certificate of Practice in respect of Sri P. M. Mohammed Ali , Advocate , Ernakulam with Reg . No. 94.97 / EKM and remove his name from the Register of Notaries with immediate effect .
