NOTIFICATION
No. Acad./Ord./2311/2008 . 26th September 2008.
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Syndicate by virtue of Section 36 of the Kerala University Act , 1974 , the Syndicate at its meeting held on 29-5-2008 has made the following amendment to the Kerala University First Ordinances , 1978 .
AMENDMENT No. 205
"That, in the schedule given after Ordinance 4 of Chapter XVII of the Kerala University First Ordinances , 1978 , under the heading University Press, wherever qualification for a post in the Printing Trade Group is prescribed as KGTE (Higher) . that may be substituted as KGTE ( Higher) or National Apprenticeship Certificate in Printing" 1
The above amendment to the Ordinances was laid before the Senate at its meeting held on 29th and 30th July 2008 as envisaged in Section 37 ( 1) of the Kerala University Act , 1974.
