TENDER EXTENSION NOTICE

No. S3-10332 /2008/MCC .
Sealed and competitive tenders as per tender notice even No. dated 29-8-2008 invited from the manufacturers or authorised suppliers for the supply of Syringe Infusion Pumps for Cardio Vacsular Thoracic ICU for the Department of Cardio Thoracic Surgery, Medical College , Kozhikode are extend as detailed below .
Estimate Cost-Rs . 1,60,000 .
as Rs. 490. Cost of duplicate tender form is Rs . 225 . Tenders should be superscribed "S3-10332/ 2008 / MCC " and addressed to the Principal , Medical College, Kozhikode . Tenders should be submitted on or before 12-11-2008 , 11 a.m. Belated tenders will not be accepted . Each tender should be submitted along with an agreement signed and executed in KeralaKerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and E. M. D. @ 1 % of the total cost of the items tendered for. The tenders will be opened on 12-11-2008 at 11.30 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives other conditions are as per referred tender notice .
Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal, Medical College, Kozhikode directly on payment of Rs . 450 on or before 11-11-2008 , 3.30 p.m. or by Registered Post on or before 5-11-2008 producing Money Order taken in favour of Principal , Medical College , Kozhikode for
Rate should be quoted in Indian Rupees only against payment . The tenders which do not satisfy the conditions and without the agreement and sufficient Earnest Money Deposit are liable to be rejected without any notice . Cheque , Drafts , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Stamp Paper will be supplied to the firms outside Kerala , on request , along with the remittance of Rs . 87 by Money Order taken in favour of Principal , Medical College, Kozhikode ,

50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നിശ്ചിത മാതൃകയിലുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രം വാഗ്ദത്ത തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തോടുകൂടി ദർഘാസി നോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
