Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments/Chemicals to Various Departments of University College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2008-09.

Face Value is Rs. 3,40,000.

The envelops containing the tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the Supply of Lab Equipments and Chemicals to Various Departments of University College, Thiruvananthapuram (Plan Fund 2008-09)" and addressed to the Principal, University College, Thiruvananthapuram so as to receive in this College on or before 17-11-2008, 1 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 2 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal, University College, Thiruvananthapuram on working days before 2 p.m. till 14-11-2008. The cost of the tender form is Rs. 400+VAT+Cess and for Duplicate tender form is Rs. 200+VAT+Cess.

Duplicate tender forms will be issued to only to those who purchase the original tender forms. Those who wish to get tender forms by post may send and additional amount of Rs.50 per copy for Money Order.

Money Order for the amount more or less than specified above will not be accepted. Demand Draft, Cheque, Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms or will not be send by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable.

ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി കോളേജ,് തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 17-11-2008-ന് 1 മണിയ്ക്കകം ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. കവറിന് മുകളിൽ ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും കെമിക്കൽസും (പ്ളാൻ 2008-09) വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിലേക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒരു മണിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം 2 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 14-11-2008 വരെ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 2 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 400 രൂപയും (വാറ്റ്, സെസ്സ് പുറമേ) ഡ്യൂപ്ളിക്കേറ്റ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വില 200 രൂപയും നൽകേ≠ താണ്. തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 50 രൂപ അധികം മണി ഓർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയ വില യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ തുകയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതലായോ കുറവായോ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന മണി ഓർഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡി. ഡി., സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the Supply of major and minor equipments to the Department of Chemistry of the Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram. The list of required equipments will be supplied along with the tender form.

The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. A6/2400/08-09/GCW dated 16-10-2008 for the Supply of Lab equipments to the Department of Chemistry" and addressed to the Principal, Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 15-11-2008, 2 p. m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. The tenders received within the time stipulated above will be opened on 15-11-2008 at 3 p.m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

The intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the College Office between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on all working days on payment of Rs.1,000+VAT. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at Rs. 500+VAT. Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self-addressed and stamped envelope affixing Postage Stamp of worth Rs. 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.

Cheque/Postage Stamp/Postal Order will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by V.P.P. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the state in case they request for the same and remit separately Rs. 50 being the cost of Stamp Paper and Rs. 30 towards Postage. Money Order alone will be accepted for this purpose.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Sports Goods for Rs. 1,07,500 for the Physical Education Department of B.J.M Govt. College Chavara, during the year 2008-09 under the Head of Account 2202-03-800-68-Maintenance of Play Grounds & Improvement of Sports facilities (Plan) 2008-09.

The tender forms and the list of materials can be had from the College Office on payment of Rs. 700 for original and Rs. 400 for duplicate. 12.5% VAT amount also may be remitted additionally. Those who desired to get tender form by Registered Post, should forward a self addressed envelop 30x15 cm. in size and stamped for Rs. 52 along with the request and cost of tender forms by Money Order (No other mode of payment is acceptable). The cost of tender form is not refundable in any circumstance and the tender forms are not transferable.

All the tenders should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 (Vide page No. 6 of the tender form). The Earnest Money Deposit is required Rs. 1% of the total cost of the materials quoted in the tenders and should be remitted by Demand Draft or Fixed Deposit subject to minimum Rs. 50. Firm exempted from EMD should produce relevant records from the competent authority.

The last date and time for the receipt of tender is at 2 p. m. on 14-11-2008 and will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same date in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives. Late tenders will not be accepted. The Principal reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning the reason thereof.

ചവറ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് കോളേജിലെ സ്പോർട ്സ് സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിന് 2008-09-ലെ പദ്ധതി വിഹിതത്തിൽനിന്നും 1,07,500 രൂപയുടെ സ്പോർട്ട്സ് സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മൽസരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

The tender should be superscribed "No. A5/1599/ 2008-09 Lab equipments to the Electronics Department under Plan Fund 2008-09" and addressed to the Principal, Govt. കോതമംഗലം കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി ഹെൽത്ത് സെന്ററിന്റെ ആവശ്യ ത്തിനായി ഒരു വർഷത്തേക്ക് ഫോറങ്ങളും രജിസ്്റ്ററുകളും അച്ചടിച്ച് നൽകാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ള അച്ചടിശാല നടത്തിപ്പുകാരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ മാതൃകയും മറ്റും ടെ≠ർ ഫോറങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭ്യമാകുന്നതാണ്.

നിബന്ധനകൾ

1. അച്ചടിക്കാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന കടലാസ് നല്ല നിലവാരം പുലർത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കണം.

6. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെ≠ർ ഫോറത്തോടൊപ്പം ടെ≠ർ തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഡി. ഡി. ആയി സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠താണ്. അംഗീകരിക്കാത്ത ടെ≠ർ ഉടമകൾക്ക് ഇ. എം. ഡി. തിരിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

7. പണം അടച്ച് കൈപ്പറ്റിയ ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിന്റെ വില തിരിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതല്ല.
