The Petitioner Raman Namboothiri, s/o Raman Namboothirippad, Vayalikodath Mana, Aduvasseri, Kunnukara Village, Paravoor Taluk has filed the Original Petition for appointing him as guardian of the properties of minors Aravind and Akhil who are the chil- dren of his sister smt. Sujatha and her husband, late Sri Maniyaru Pandarathil who both died in August 2006. The list of assets is given below:

If any person wishes to object to the petitioner being appointed as the legal guardian of the properties of the minor children Aravind and Akhila, he has to appear at 11 a.m. on the 25th day of November 2008 in the above mentioned court failing which the OP will be proceeded with as if there is no objection.
