2,88,078 The list of required chemicals and Lab equipments will be supplied along with the tender forms .
The tender should be submitted as tender No. A6/ 2540/2008-09 /GCW dated 29-10-2008 for the supply of Chemicals and Lab equipments to the Departments of Botany , Chemistry , Home Science , IMB, Maths , Music, Physics, Psychology , Zoology , and General Library and addressed to the Principal , Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram as to reach the undersigned on or before
time 29-11-2008 at 2 p . m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances . Tenders received within the stipulated above would be opened on 29-11-2008 at 3 p. m. in the presence of such ofthe tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .
The intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the college office between 10 a . m . to 1 p . m. on all working days on payment of Rs . 400+ VAT . Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 200+ VAT . Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelop affixing postage stamp of worth Rs . 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circum- stances . The tender forms are not transferrable .
Cheques , Postage Stamps , and Postal Orders will not be acceptedaccepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by V.P.P. Kerala stamp paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they request for the same and remit separately Rs . 50 being the cost of Stamp Paper andRs. 30 towards postage . Money Order alone will be accepted for this purpose .
Note-The price to be quoted in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes .

Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 ( including tax) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under circumstances . Demand Draft for Rs . 450 on the local branch of SBT drawn in favour of the Principal , Government College , Kottayam and self addressed Stamped cover should be enclosed with the application for tender forms to be sent by post . Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 1 p . m . on 28-11-2008 . Cheques or stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued at Rs . 225 ( including tax) per copy.
ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 29-11-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം തിരുവനന്തപുരം സർക്കാർ വനിതാ കോളേജ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് , കവറിൻ്റെ പുറത്ത് "ടെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ എ6 / 2540 / 2008-09 / സ.വി.കോ . തീയതി 29-10-2008 " എന്നും അതിനു പുറമെ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറു കൾക്ക് ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന തിനായി " എന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം , വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ടെണ്ടർ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ആവശ്യമുള്ള വിശദീകരണങ്ങൾ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം നൽകുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ലഭിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 29-11-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 ๑๓.
The rate quoted should be valid up to 31-3-2009 . An Agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be enclosed with the tender , Demand Draft for Rs . 1,750 ( 1 % of total cost) on the local branch of SBT/ SBI drawn in favour of the Principal , Government College , Kottayam should be submitted along with the tender as Earnest Money Deposit .
കോട്ടയം ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിൽ 2008-09 സാമ്പത്തികവർഷം 1,75,000 രൂപയുടെ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകളും ലാബറട്ടറി ഉപകരണങ്ങളും കെമിക്കലുകളും നൽകു ന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 29-11-2008 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിക്ക് ടെണ്ടറുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവരു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെണ്ടര് ഫോറത്തിൻെറ 400باب രൂപ + വാറുമാണ് . ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്ന ടെണ്ടർ താണ് . ടെണ്ടർ തപാലിൽ വേണ്ടവർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം തപാൽ ചാർജ്ജും (50 രൂപയുടെ സ്ററാമ്പ് പതിപ്പിച്ച കവർ സഹിതം ) അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മണിയോർഡർ ഫോമിൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം ലഭിക്കേണ്ടവർ മേൽവിലാസം വ്യക്‌തമായി എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനുവേണ്ടി അയച്ച തുക ഒരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു .
തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ്, ചെക്ക്, പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ മുതലായവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ഫോറത്തിന് 200 രൂപ + വാററ് നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of 2.4 KVA Generator with Silencer of reputed brand for the use of Government College , Madappally .
Tenders should be superscribed " Tender for the supply of 2.4 KVA Generator with Silencer under CDC Scheme" and addressed to the Principal , Government College, Madappally , Madappally College P.O. Pin-673 102, Kozhikode District . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m . on 28-11-2008 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representative who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government College, Madappally , Madappally College P.O. , Pin-673 102 , Kozhikode District , obtain requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 (400 + VAT 50 ) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 2 p . m . on 28-11-2008 . CONDITIONS
1. Every tenderer who has not registered with the State Government Stores Purchase Department should remit 1 % of the total cost quoted as EMD . The EMD can be paid by way of TDR/DD etc.
2. Demand Drafts , towards E.M.D. should be in favour of Principal , Madappally and drawn on the State Bank of Travancore , Vatakara . Government College , 3. The articles should be supplied to the College at the expense of the supplier .
4. The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and duties .
5. Every tenderer should sign preliminary agreement in the Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 .
6. The successful tenderers should sign an agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and deposit 5% of the cost of articles purchased as security deposit .
7. The Principal reserves the right to reject the tenders without assigning any reason .

താൽപ്പര്യമുളളവർക്ക് ദർഘാസ് ഫോാം രൂപ 450 (നാനൂറ്റി അൻപത് രൂപ ) വിലയ്ക്ക് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , മടപ്പള്ളി , മടപ്പള്ളി കോളേജ് പോസ്ററ് , പിൻ -673 102 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലലഭിക്കലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഈ തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല . ഫോറം 28-11-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിവരെ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ചെക്ക് , (ഡാഫ്ററ" പോസ്റാൽ ഓർഡർ , പോസ്‌റേജ് സ്‌ററ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിൻ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. 225 രൂപ അടച്ച് അവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
നിബന്ധനകൾ
1. ടെബർ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന സംസ്ഥാന സ്റോർ പർച്ചേസ് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്യാത്ത ടെണ്ടറുകാർ മൊത്തം ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
2. നിരതദ്രവ്യ ഇനത്തിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന (ഡാഫ്റ് , എസ് . ബി , ററി ,, വടകര ശാഖയിൽ മാറാവുന്ന തായിരിക്കണം .
3. ജനറേറ്റർ കോളേജിലേക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതും കയറ്റിറക്കുകൂലി , കടത്തുകൂലി എന്നിവയും വിതരണക്കാരൻ വഹിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
4. ക്വാട്ടു ചെയ്യുന്ന തുക ബാധകമായ എല്ലാ നികുതികളും ഉൾപ്പെടെയായിരിക്കണം .
5. 50 രൂപ വിലയുളള , മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൽ കാണിച്ച പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറ് ഒർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് .
6. ദർഘാസ് ഉറപ്പിച്ചാൽ 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള கேன ഗവൺമെൻറ് മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നിർദ്ദിഷ്മ കരാർ ഒപ്പിടേണ്ടതും കരാർ തുകയുടെ 5% സെക്യൂരിററി ഡെപ്പോസിററായി നൽകേണ്ടതുമാണ് .
