Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Equipments , Machineries to the various Departments of Government Ayurveda College , Tripunithura .
The tenders should superscribed "Tender for the supply of Equipments , Machineries etc." and addressed to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura.
P.A.C. Rs . 4,28,000.
Cost of tender form (Inclusive of KVAT) (Non- refundable) :
Original Rs . 450. Duplicate Rs . 225 .
Rs . 50 will be charged extra towards the postage if the tender form has to be sent by post .

Order, The price fixed for a form/set of forms is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be started on 10-11-2008 at 10 a . m . and will be closed on 25-11-2008 at 3 p.m. Cheques , Postal Orders , D.D. , etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent per VPP . Only Money Orders are accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 200 + 12.5 % VAT, Total Rs . 225 , Postal Charge Rs . 50 should also be added if the duplicate forms needed by post . Further details can be had from the College office during the office time .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയ്ക്കുപുറമേ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വിലയായി مله ദർഘാസ് പോസ്റോജ് ഫാറത്തിൻറ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി . പി . പി . വഴി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of "Machineries and Lab Equipments for the Rasasasthra Teaching Pharmacy of Government Ayurveda College , Kannur for the financial year 2008-09.
വിതരണം കണ്ണൂർ ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജിലെ രസശാസ്ത്ര ടീച്ചിംഗ് ഫാർമസിയിലേക്ക് 2008-09 വർഷത്തേക്ക് ആവശ്യമുളള യന്ത്രോപകരണങ്ങളും ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും ചെയ്യുന്ന തിനുവേണ്ടി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു . (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ്, കണ്ണൂർ , പരിയാരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിലാണ് ദർഘാസ് ദർഘാസ" അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടത്" . ദർഘാസ് കവറിന് ഫാർമസിയി ടീച്ചിംഗ് പുറത്ത് " സശാസ്ത്ര" ( ലേക്കുളള യന്ത്രോപകരണങ്ങളുടെ ടെണ്ടർ >> എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 28-11-2008 -ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക മുൻപ് കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം വെകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. വാങ്ങിയവരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 28-11-2008 -ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 3.30 -ന് തുറക്കുന്നതാ യിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില 400 രൂപ+ 12.5 % മൂല്യവർദ്‌ധിത നികുതി , ആകെ . 450 രൂപ ആയിരിക്കും . ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കാൻ ฌา ย യോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ അധികമായി മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ഡിമാൻറ് തുകയ്ക്കുളള (ഡ്രാഫ്റം പോസ്റൽ ഓർഡർ തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി അടക്കം ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില ദർഘാസ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . നിശ്ചിതവും ഒരിക്കലും തിരിച്ചു നൽകാത്തതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് മറെറാരാളുടെ പേരിലേക്ക് മാറ്റാവുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് 10-11-2008 രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ 25-11-2008 വൈകു ന്നേരം 3 മണി വരെ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . வெகூ പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് തുടങ്ങിയവ ദർഘാസിൻറ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഫോമുകൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതുമല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ഫോമുകൾ ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ 225 രൂപയ്ക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . O. , Pariyaram - 670 503, Last date fixed for the receipt of sealed tenders in this office is 28-11-2008 at 3 p . m. Late tenders will not be accepted under any circumstances . Tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 28-11-2008 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
