It is hereby notified that the following persons have been nominated to the Academic Council of the Cochin University of Science and Technology in accordance with the provisions of Section 23(2) "Ex-Officio Members (iii)" of the Cochin University of Science and Technology Act, 1986.

The term of office of Dr. K. N. Rajasekharan, Nominee of University of Kerala shall be for a period of two years with effect from 2-6-2008 upto 1-6-2010 and that of Dr. Gokuldas, M., Nominee of the University of Calicut shall be with effect from 31-5-2008 until a fresh nomination is issued, subject to the provisions of the Cochin University of Science and Technology Act, 1986 and the Statutes thereunder.
