WHEREAS the Government of Kerala has published Act No. 21 of 2005, namely, the Kerala Forest (Vesting and Management of Ecologically Fragile Lands) Act 2003, which came into effect from 2nd day of June 2000 for the conservation and management of ecologically fragile lands, prevention of degradation of the Eco-System and Biological Diversity therein.
Now, it is hereby notified for the information of the public that the ownership and possession of the land as per the details shown in the schedule hereto, in the District of Wayanad has been vested with the Government of Kerala free from all encumbrances and the right, title and interest of the owner or any other person thereon shall stand extinguished from the date of commencement of the Act, i.e. 2nd June 2000.
The publication of the notification is made as required under Section 3(2) of the Kerala Forest (Vesting and Management of Ecologically Fragile Lands) Act, 2003 as per Government Notification No. 15567/Leg. B1/01/Law dated 3rd May 2005 and published in Kerala Gazette No. 929 dated 3rd May 2005.

No. 100. In that Notification, Taluk, the Sy. തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഡിവിഷനിലെ പരുത്തിപ്പള്ളി റെയിഞ്ചിലെ ര≠് പഴയ കെട്ടിടങ്ങൾ പൊളിച്ച് വിൽക്കുന്നതിന് നിലവിലുള്ള വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി താല്പര്യമുള്ള വ്യ‡ികളിൽ നിന്ന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ ലേല ദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ നി›ിത വിലയും നികുതിയും ഒടുക്കിയാൽ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ നി›ിത നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തോടൊപ്പം 2008 ഡിസംബർ മാസം 3-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 3 മണിവരെ ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം പകൽ 3.30-ന് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ളവരും ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവരെയും മാത്രം പങ്കെടുപ്പിച്ച് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറോ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസിൽവച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതും അതിനുശേഷം ടി ദർഘാസു കാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതു മായിരിക്കും. ലേലമോ ദർഘാസോ ഏതാണോ കൂടുതൽ ആ തുക ഓഫർ ചെയ്ത വ്യ‡ിയുടെ പേരിൽ ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പരുത്തിപ്പള്ളി ഫോറസ്റ്റ് റെയിഞ്ചാഫീസിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ച് അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

Incomplete tenders and tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reasons thereof. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala PWD and Forest Department are applicable to this tender also. The tenders not containing the prescribed preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 will be summarily rejected. If the due date happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be the due date. Cost of tender forms will not be refunded at any instances.
The tender forms are not transferable. The Earnest Money Deposit noted against the work should be paid along with the tenders by D. D. ( cheques or fixed deposit receipts will not be acceptable) in favour of the undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank Munnar.
Incomplete tender or tenders without E. M. D. are liable to be rejected. The preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth Rs. 50 should be enclosed with tender. The under- signed reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason. മൂന്നാർ വന്യജീവി ഡിവിഷനിൽ ചിന്നാർ വന്യജീവി സങ്കേതത്തിലെ ഉപയോഗിച്ചുകൊ≠ിരുന്നതും കാലപ്പഴക്കം പരിഗണിച്ച് ലേലം ചെയ്ത് സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതുമായ താഴെ പറയുന്ന വാഹനം ആയത് സൂക്ഷിപ്പ് സ്ഥലത്ത് തൽസമയ അവസ്ഥയിലും സ്ഥിതിയിലും വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 2008 ഡിസംബർ 5-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അന്നേ ദിവസം പകൽ 2 മണിക്ക് മൂന്നാർ വൈൽഡ് ലൈഫ് വാർഡനോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അദ്ദേഹം അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ മൂന്നാർ വൈൽഡ് ലൈഫ് ഡിവിഷൻ ആഫീസിൽവച്ച് വാഹനം ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതും ലേലത്തിനു ശേഷം ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസിലോ/ലേലത്തിലോ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തുക വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നയാളുടെ പേരിൽ ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

നിബന്ധനകൾ
7. ദർഘാസുകൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ അംഗീകാരത്തിന് വിധേയമായിരിക്കും. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനോ നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.
8. ദർഘാസ് അംഗീകരിച്ചതായി അറിയിപ്പ് കിട്ടി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ബാക്കി സംഖ്യയും നിയമപ്രകാരമുള്ള നികുതികളും അടച്ച് വാഹനം നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.
9. 15 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ബാക്കി സംഖ്യയും നികുതികളും അടച്ച് വാഹനം നീക്കം ചെയ്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസുകാരൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നപക്ഷം മറ്റൊരു 15 ദിവസം കൂടി ബാക്കി സംഖ്യയ്ക്ക് 12% പലിശയും ദിവസം 20 രൂപ നിരക്കിൽ ഇരുപ്പു വാടകയും വസൂലാക്കി അനുവദിക്കു ന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഇതിനുശേഷം കാലാവധി നീട്ടിക്കൊടു ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഇപ്രകാരം വീഴ്ച വരുത്തിയ ദർഘാസു കാരന്റെ നഷ്ടോത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ പുനർ ലേലത്തിലോ ടെ≠ർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലോ ടി വാഹനം വിൽക്കുന്നതും ദർഘാസുകാരൻ അടച്ച തുക സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ക≠ുകെട്ടുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.

It is hereby notified for the information of the public that the tender-cum-auction re-sale Teak/ Miscellaneous Timber/Poles available at Dumping Depot under Edavanna Range as mentioned in the schedule below will be conducted on the dates noted below by the Divisional Forest Officer, Nilambur North Division or any other officer authorised by him subject to the sale conditions published by the Chief Conservator of Forests, Thiruvananthapuram vide Number Pro. (5) 2613/2008 dated 19-6-2008 in Kerala Gazette Number 26 dated 24-6-2008.
The auction sale is subjected to the sale conditions published by Government in time by time. If the date of auction happens to be a public holiday or if the sale is not conducted due to some incredible reasons like bundh etc. the sale will be conducted on alternative day noted in the schedule at the same place and time.
