of Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of LCD , UPS and Printer to the Departments of Economics and Commerce Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2008-09. The list of required specifications will be supplied along with the tender form.
Estimate cost-Rs . 76,800 .

Last date and time sale of tender form- 6-12-2008 , p.m.
The tenders should be submitted as "Tender No. A6-2540/2008-09/GCW . dated 6-11-2008 for the supply of LCD , UPS and Printer to the Departments of Economics and Commerce " and addressed to the Principal , Government College for Women , Thiruvananthapuram so as to reach the undersigned on or before 6-12-2008 at 2 p.m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances . The tenders received within the time stipulated above will be opened on 6-12-2008 at 3 p.m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised atives who may be present at that time . represent- The intending tenderers can have the prescribed intended forms on demand from the College Office between 10 a, m . to lp.m. on all working days on payment of Rs . 400+ VAT . Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 200+VAT . Those who are intending to obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelope affixing postage stamps of worth Rs. 50. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable .
Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by V.P.P. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they request for the same and remit separately Rs . 50 being the cost of Stamp Paper and Rs . 30 towards postage . Money Order alone will be accepted for this purpose .
N. B. The price to be quoted in the tender must be inclusive of all taxes .

നമ്പർ (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൻറ് ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 6-12-2008 2 2 ๑๓ മുൻപായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം തിരുവനന്തപുരം സർക്കാർ വനിതാ കോളേജ പേരിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ ' . കവറിൻറെ പുറത്ത് "ടെണ്ടർ 6 /2540 /2008-09 / 0 . 2. ๑๓. എന്നും അതിനുപുറമേ എക്കാണോമിക്സ്' , കോമേഴ്സ്' എന്നീ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്യമെൻറുകളിലേക്ക് എൽ . സി . ഡി ,, യു. പി . എസ . പിൻറർ എന്നിവ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി " എന്നും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ആവശ്യമുളള വിശദീകരണങ്ങൾ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം നൽകുന്ന ០៣. ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ലഭിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 6-12-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി .
Last date for the receipt of the tender is 3-12-2008 at 12 Noon and will be opened at 2 p.m.on the same day. Tender should submit in the prescribed form which can be had from the undersigned on cash payment or by Money Order of Rs . 416 (inclusive all taxes ) for original tender and Rs . 208 (incluseve all taxes) for the duplicate. The tender forms are not transferable . The list of articles will be available with the tendei form . Those who have required tender form by registered post should send Rs . 453 (The cost of tender form, S.T. and Registered Postal Charges) .
An agreement in the prescribed form in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tender accompanied with an EMD of Rs . 3000 in the form of crossed DD in the name of the undersigned from any Nationalized Bank.
ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 6-12-2008 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതും (ঢা০৫(গো) ടെണ്ടറുകാരുടെയോ 3 . മണിക്ക് ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവരു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില രൂപ 400 + വാറ് . ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ 1 മണി വരെ കാളേളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്" . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം തപാലിൽ വേണ്ടവർ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയോ ടൊപ്പം തപാൽ ചാർജ്ജും ( 50 രൂപയുടെ സ്ററാമ്പ് പതിപ്പിച്ച കവർ സഹിതം ) അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മണിയോർഡർ ഫോമിൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം ലഭിക്കേണ്ടവർ മേൽവിലാസം വ്യക്‌തമായി എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനുവേണ്ടി അയച്ച തുക ഒരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല . பெஜம் மே ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു . കൈമാററം
Sale of tender form will be closed at 11a.m. on 3-12-2008 . Tenders without accompanied by the E.M.D. and the agreement in the Stamp paper will not be accepted on any account .
തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് , ചെക്ക് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ മുതലായവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിന് 200 രൂപ + വാറ്റ് നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .

It is hereby notified that the last date of sale and receipt of tenders for the purchase of Water Purifier-cum-water cooler for the use in Government College of Kariavattom is extended upto 28-11-2008, 2 p.m. All other conditions remain same as in the tender notification published on 17-10-2008 .
ദർഘാസ ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ *2008-09 വർഷത്തേക്ക് കോഴിക്കോട് ഗവ , ആർട്സ് ആൻറ് സയൻസ് കോളേജിലെ സയൻസ് വിഭാഗത്തിലെ ലബോറട്ടറികളിലേക്ക് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള എന്ന് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതും പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൻ്റെ പേരിൽ അയ‌യ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാകു ദർഘാസുകൾ 3-12-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിവരെ മാത്രം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 2 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതുമാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 3-12-2008 - ന് 11 മണിവരെ കോളേജാഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 416 രൂപയും (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ്റ്കോപ്പിയുടെ വില 208 രൂപയും ( നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ ) ആണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽമുഖേനയോ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ ദർഘാസിൻറെ വിലയും നികുതിയും രജിസ് റേറർഡ് തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുവേണ്ട തപാൽ മണി ഓർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് ദർഘാസ്‌ഫോറങ്ങ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ട സാധനസാമഗ്രികളുടെ പട്ടിക ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തി ചാർജ്ജും അടക്കമുള്ള തുകയ്ക്ക് നൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments for Rs . 3,00,000 to Government Arts and ScienceCollege , Kozhikode under Plan Fund 2008-09.
The envelopes should be superscribed as Tender for the sup supply of Lab equipments to Government Arts and Science College , Kozhikode under Plan Fund 2008-09 " and addressed to the undersigned.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ (അൻപതു രൂപ മാത്രം) യുടെ കേരള സർക്കാർ മുസർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഉടമ്പടിയും 3,000 രൂപയ്ക്കുളള നിരതദ്രവ്യവും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയ പരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതും മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരതദ്രവ്യം കൂടെ ഇല്ലാത്തതും ดูรฌ รา സമർപ്പിക്കാത്തതുമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ഒഴിവാക്കേണ്ടവർ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട രേഖകൾകൂടെ സമർപ്പി നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വിലയാണ് ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടത് .
കാരണം ദർഘാസുകൾ കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനുളള പ്രിൻസിപ്പളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . ഏതെങ്കിലും അവകാശം
