The tenders should be superscribed with the tender No. 1 / 2008-09 supply of Diagnostic Kits , Reagents equipments etc. to Regional Disease Diagnostic Lab , Palakkad . Also written the name of tender . The tender should be accompaniedby E. M. D. 1 % the amount quoted and a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 .

Tender forms are available in all working days from the undersigned .

Those who required tender forms by post they should pay Rs . 50 additionally for Postage Charges , Cheques , Pay Orders and Demand Drafts are not accepted . The cost of tender form is not refundable .

After the confirmation of tender the tenderer should remit 5% of tender amount as Security Deposit.

The tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderer or his authorized representative who present at that time . The supply will be completed within 3 weeks of placing the supply order . The undersigned has reserves the right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reason . Other details and specifications of the tender should be supplied along with the tender forms .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ ആയിട്ടോ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു . തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ അധികമായി മണിഓർഡർ അയയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മണിഓർഡറുകൾ ദർഘാസ് വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്നതിന് 10 ദിവസം മുൻപ് ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെ ടുത്തിയ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ ജോയിൻ്റ് ഡയറക്‌ടർ ( ആർ.ഇ. ) , പാലക്കാട് , പിൻകോഡ് - 678 001 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അയയ്‌ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ടി ഉപകരണത്തിന്റെ മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങളും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളും ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തി നോടൊപ്പം തന്നെ ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ആകെ വില യുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപ വിലയ്ക്കുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 3 മാസംവരെ വില നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനികൾക്ക് മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ 75 രൂപ പ്രത്യേകം മണി ഓർഡർ ആയി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ മുദ്രപ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഉറപ്പിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അന്നുതന്നെ 5% സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .

നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതോ അപൂർണ്ണമാ യതോ ആയ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. യഥാസമയം ലഭ്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ നിശ്ചിത സമയം തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുവാനോ നിരാകരിക്കുവാനോ താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ആഫീസർക്ക് അധികാരമുണ്ടായിരിക്കും . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Laboratory Equipments and Science Materials for Rs . 1,50,000 ( Rupees One Lakh Fifty thousand only) for the Laboratories to the B. J. M. Govt . College , Chavara during the year 2008-09 under the Head of Account "2202-03-800-97 Development of Laboratories/Library Plan 2008-09 " to B. J. M. Government College , Chavara .

The tender forms and the list of materials can be had from the College Office on payment of Rs . 700 for original and Rs . 400 for duplicate . 12.5% VAT amount also may be remitted additionally. Those who desires to get tender form by Registered Post , should forward a self addressed envelope 30 x 15 cm . in size and stamped for Rs . 52 along with the request and cost of tender forms by money order (No other mode of payment is acceptable) . The cost of tender form is not refundable in any circumstances and the tender forms are not transferable .

All the tenderers should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 ( vide Page No. 6 of the tender form) . The Earnest Money Deposit is required Rs . 1% of the total cost of the materials quoted in the tenders and should be remitted by Demand Draft or fixed deposit subject to minimum Rs . 50. Firm exempted from EMD should produce relevant records from the competent authority.

CONDITIONS

1. The tenders should be superscribed with tender number and name of the store articles and addressed to the Director General of Police , State Police Headquarters , Vellayambalam , Thiruvananthapuram - 695 010 , Kerala. Late Tenders will not be accepted .

2. The tenders will be opened at the time mentioned above , in the presenceresence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives ( with proof of identity) who may be present at that time .

3. Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance which is the price fixed for a form which is not refundable . The tender forms are not transferable . The sale of tender forms will be closed at 4 p . m . on 11-12-2008 . Cheques , Drafts , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. However Money Orders ( including telegraphic Money Orders) sent in the name of the Additional Assistant Inspector General of Police , Police Headquarters , Thiruvananthapuram - 10 will be accepted . The amount should include the postage / courier charges for sending tenderdocuments . The Money Order along with the request should reach Police Headquarters atleast 7 days before the closing of the sales of the tender documents enabling us to send the documents well in advance .

4. Intending tenderers may on application to the Director General of Police , obtain requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted .

5. Earnest Money Deposit ( EMD ) @ 1 % of the quoted value should be furnished along with the tender . EMD may be submitted either in cash or crossed Bank Drafts or Treasury Savings Bank Deposits or Government Promissary Notes or Bank Guarantee or National Savings Certificates drawn in favour of Additional Assistant Inspector General of Police , Police Headquarters , Thiruvananthapuram - 10 . The firms which are exempted from furnishing EMD should produce a copy of relevant authorized document for verification . Without EMD , the tenders will be cancelled.

6. Intending tenderers also may include charges for installation ( of technical items ) , training of officers and on - site support at least for 3 years as warranty and thereafter A.M.C./A.T.S . for a period of 3 years on a turn key basis at a reasonable cost ( to be specified along with the quotation) in the tenders . One year or two years warranty can be accepted in exceptional conditions .

7. Specifications and list of items of each tender shall be obtainable from PHQ with the tender forms during the working hours of Police Headquarters . The firms should also furnish the detailed specifications , make , brochures , Test Report from Government Laboratories/ Agencies , (wherever possible ) technical support network in Kerala etc. of the equipments along with the tenders . The tenders without detailed specifications of quoted items , brochures , make etc. are liable to be rejected forthwith . The tenders without separate envelope and not superscribing the tender number etc. will be rejected .

8. Preference will be given to the products quoted by the manufacturer or their authorised dealers having authorisation from the original manufacturer. Similarly preferences will be given to the tenders having experience of supplying similar/ same items to Government Departments or Organisations , for which the tenderer has to produce proof of purchase/ installation/ satisfaction of the customer.

9. In the case of Foreign Equipments the rates are to be quoted in Indian Money also . Preference will be given to those who are ready to supply the item without opening letter of credit . Ordinarily no advance payment will be made for procuring any of the above items . In case , advance payment has to be made then a clear case has to be made out by the tenderer. But this will be in extraordinary circumstances .

10. As the items are urgently required , the selected bidder will have to supply the item without loss of time preferably within a month . In case for any pressing circumstance there will be delayed supply, the tenderer must cite adequate , justifiable grounds in writing and send them to DGP, Kerala for consideration . DGP, in appropriate cases can allow maximum 6 months of time from the scheduled date .

11. Samples will have to be submitted free of cost whenever necessary which can be returned only after supply is effected . The firms should be ready to show live demonstration of technical equipments at their own cost and risk . The demonstration date and venue will be published in Kerala Police Website . Individual intimation may not be possible . In the event of the firms not able to show live demonstration they need to convince the Technical Committee cum Tender Evaluation Committee about such inability and resort to computer animation/Scale Models /Videos / Slide Shows etc. , for virtual and detailed demonstration of the product . However, it is incumbent on the Vendor to convince the Committee about the product .

12. Police Department is not liable to send any individual communication . In some cases Police Department is not responsible to return the samples after verification . The rates quoted should be valid and firm till 29-2-2009 .

13. The Director General of Police is empowered to reject any tender without assigning any reason .

Sealed tenders are invited from the reputed firms for the supply of equipments required to the Electronics Department of Women's Polytechnic College , Kozhikode .

The items supercribing " Tender No. 1 / 2008-09 " should be addressed to the Principal , Women's Polytechnic College , Malaparamba , Kozhikode - 673 009 . The last date for receipt of tender is fixed on 5-12-2008 at 3 p.m. The tenders will be opened on 6-12-2008 at 11 a.m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time . The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason .

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned can obtain the requisite tender form . Application for the tender should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 440 which is not refundable under any circumstances . Duplicate copy of tender form will be issued , if required at a cost of Rs . 220. Sale of tender forms will closed on 5-12-2008 at 2 p.m. Cheque , Draft , Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and the forms will not be supplied by V.P.P. If the form is required by post the cost of tender form plus postage charges of Rs . 40 should be remitted by money order , the same should be reached to this office on or before 26-11-2008 positively.

Every tender should be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit of one percent of the total cost of tendered items . Total cost should be struck in every tender so as to verify admissibility of Earnest Money Deposit . The successful tenderers should execute an agreement in Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 deposit as per rules . Supply should be made within 15 days on receipt of supply order. The offer should be valid for a minimum period of three months from the date of opening tender. No advance payment will be given .
