Earnest Money Deposit- 1 % of the quoted value by means of a Demand Draft from a Nationalised Bank.
The tenders should be accompanied by an agreement executed in the Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. Tenders without tender form , agreement, E.M.D. will be rejected .
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite non -transferable tender forms separately for each requirements from the Principal , Government Polytechnic College , Palakkad -678 551 on payment of value by cash ог by money order (postage Rs . 45 extra) .45 extra) . The cost of tender forms will be accepted only by means of cash money order. or Tenders should be clearly superscribed and the same will be opened on the specified date and time in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives . Late tenders will not be considered.
