Under Section 31 of the Insolvency Act, 1955 notice it is hereby issued that the above mentioned 2nd petitioner/insolvent has been adjudged insolvent on 31st July 2007 and that he should apply for discharge within a period of one year as provided under Section 27 (1) of the Insolvency Act.
Creditors should prove their claims within one month from the date of the publication of this notice in the gazette through filing petitions before the court concerned with copy to the official Receiver in the form of an affidavit as per Form 5 of the kerala Insolvency Rules 1969. They should also furnish the datails regarding the assets both movable and immovable of the Insolvent which are not furnished by the Insolvent in the Petition.
