(3) Candidates included in the Short List are directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application , 1.2 , date of birth , community and other benefits , if any they are entitled, to the District Officer, KPSC District Office , Malappuram -676 505 within 15 days from the date of publication of this Notification. The Register Numbers of these candidate who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the short list without further notice .
The candidates who have secured 52 (fifty two) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List . The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists .
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Glasses included in the Short List , who are required to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certifiate as per G. O. (P) No. 36/2000/SG/ ST /DD dateed 27-5-2000 shall produce the same at the time of interview. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition Candidates . As regards such candidates in the Supplementary Lists ofOther Backward Classes . , their Register Numbers will be deleted from the Short List withot further notice, if they fail to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate .
The date , time and place of interview will be intimated in due course .
Valid applications for rechecking addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office , Malappuram- 676 505 shouid reach this office within 30 days from the date on which this Notification is officially released by Kerala Public Service Commission. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained . The fee once remitted will not be refunded .
In the case of candidates who send applications for re- checking within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above , the marks awarded by the Examiner for the several questions willbe rechecked and ifit is found that the examiner has omitted to award marks to a question or sub division of a question, the paper will be got re- checked and discrepancies rectified by the Examiner . The result ofthe re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office .
According to the existing procedure , revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed . The answer scripts will be rechecked , if the prescribed fee of Rs . 10 (Rupees Ten only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the state by chalan under the Head of Account "0051 - PSC - 105 State PSC - 99 Examination Fee . The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for rechecking . Candidates whose Register Numbers are included in the Short List will be allowed a period of one month's time to apply for rechecking with effect from the date of publication of either the Short List or the Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance either after the publication of the Short List or after the publication of the Ranked List . But candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the Short List should submit the application for rechecking within one month from the date of publication of the Short List. They are not entitled to a chance for rechecking after the publication of the Ranked List .

II on Rs . 3590-5400 ( Category No. 150/2003 ) in the Agri- cultural Department notified in the Gazette dated 18-11-2003 on the basis of the objective type test- (OMR Valuation) held on 30-12-2005. The arrange- ment of numbers on the Lst is the sequence and no way indicates the respective rank on the basis of the marks secured in the examination . The orgmal certificate to prove date of birth , community qualifications , experience etc. in respoet of the candi- dates will be verified before the ranked list is finalized and published . The candidates who have obtained 55 marks and above in the test are included in the maan list of List . II of this probability list . The cut- off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary a respect of candidates included in the Supplementary Lsts. In List I and Last III (By transfer) of this list all the candidates who have written the OMR test are included. കുറിപ്പ് : - ( 1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരി ശോധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാ ര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊ ളളിച്ചിട്ടുളളത് . ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട എന്നത് അഭിമുഖത്തിനും വിളിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന തിനോ അതിനുശേഷം പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനോ യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ ത്ഥിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല .
