1. കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ 2008 നവംബർ 12, 13 തീയതികളിൽ നടത്തിയ ലീഗൽ അസി സ്റ്റന്റുമാർക്കുവേ≠ിയുള്ള ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ ഫലങ്ങൾ ഇതോടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നു.
2. 23-5-1974-ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ ജി. ഒ. (എം. എസ.്) 129/74/പി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ മുഴുവനായും പാർട്ടുകൾ തിരിച്ചുമുള്ള ഫലം പ്രസിദ്ധീ കരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെസ്റ്റ് മുഴുവനായും ജയിച്ചിട്ടു≠ോ എന്ന് എല്ലാ പാർട്ടുകളുടെയും ഫലം നോക്കി നി›യിക്കേ≠താണ്.
3. 8-7-1978-ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ ജി. ഒ. (എം. എസ.്) 211/76/പി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം ഒരു ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളും ജയിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞവർക്ക് അൻപതു രൂപ (50) ഫീസടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ കമ്മീഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ 29-7-1978-ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ ജി. ഒ. (എം. എസ.്) 356/78/പി.ഡി. പ്രകാരം 1-4-1977-നു ശേഷം ഒരു ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളും ജയിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ കമ്മീഷൻ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ. 1-4-1977-നു മുൻപ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ഭാഗീകമായി പാസ്സാകുകയും എന്നാൽ 1-4-1977-നു ശേഷം അതേ ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ ബാക്കി പേപ്പറുകൾ പാസ്സായി ടെസ്റ്റ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളവർക്ക് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. അങ്ങനെയുള്ളവർ മുൻ നടപടി ക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് ഫലം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച ഗസറ്റും അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റുകളും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട മേലധികാരികളെ കാണിച്ച് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെ ടുത്തി സർവ്വീസ് ബുക്കിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. 29-7-1978-ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവിൻപ്രകാരം സർട്ടി ഫിക്കറ്റിന് അർഹതയുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ∑ാർ പരീക്ഷ ജയിച്ച വിവരം സർവ്വീസ് ബുക്കിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തിന് കമ്മീഷൻ നൽകുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വകുപ്പ് മേലധികാരി മുൻപാകെ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥ∑ാർ അനുബന്ധം ഒന്നിൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ജയിച്ച ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.
5. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധിക്കുവാൻ നിലവി ലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സൊന്നിന് 25 (ഇരുപത്തിയഞ്ച്) രൂപ നിരക്കിൽ ഫീസൊടുക്കി അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ വിവിധ ചോദ്യങ്ങളുടെ ഉത്തരങ്ങൾക്ക് നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള മാർക്ക് കൂട്ടിനോക്കി തെറ്റുകൾ വല്ലതും സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടു≠ോയെന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ച് അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഈ പരിശോധന പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ ആഫീസിൽ തന്നെ യായി രിക്കും നടത്തുക. ഇതിനു വേ≠ിയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ പരീക്ഷാഫലം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
6. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനുവേ≠ിയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ സമർപ്പി ക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ നി›ിത ഫീസ് "0051 -പി. എസ്. സി.-800-അദർ റസീപ്റ്റ്സ് 99-അദർ റസീപ്റ്റ്സ് " എന്ന അക്കൗ≠് ഹെÕിലും മാർക്കുലിസ്റ്റിനും മാർക്ക് കൂട്ടി നോക്കുന്നതിനും വേ≠ിയുള്ള നി›ിത ഫീസ് "0051-പി. എസ്. സി.-105-സ്റ്റേറ്റ് പി. എസ്. സി. 99 എക്സാമിനേഷൻ ഫീ" എന്ന അക്കൗ≠് ഹെÕിലും സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഗവൺമെൻറ് ട്രഷറിയിൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠തും ട്രഷറിയിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്ന അസ്സൽ ചെലാൻ രസീത് അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം അയയ്ക്കുന്ന ഫീസ് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി ക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല.

4. ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെയും വിവിധ വിഷയങ്ങൾക്ക് ലഭിച്ചി ട്ടുള്ള മാർക്കിന്റെ വിവരങ്ങൾ പേപ്പറൊന്നിന് ഇരുപത് (20) രൂപ ഫീസടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ നൽകുന്നതാണ്. മാർക്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷ പരീക്ഷാഫലം പ്രസിദ്ധ പ്പെടുത്തി മൂന്നുമാസത്തിനകം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷകൾ പരിഗണി ക്കുന്നതല്ല.
