Whereas Sri Shaji Joseph , Vazha chira House, Perumpanachi P. O. , Changanacherry has deposited this court an amount of Rs . 2,25,000 ( Rupees Two lakhs twety five thousand only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri Christhudas who met with a fatal accident on 11-4-2006 arising out of an in the course of his employment under the above employer.
And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Neyyattinkara it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 ( 1) (d) of the workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 .

in Now, therefore notice is hereby given that any other person claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims , writing before me within 15 days ( fifteen days) from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of com- pensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above . Claims , if any, preferred there- after will not be considered .
കേരള മിനറൽസ് & മെററൽസ് ലിമിറ്റഡിൻറ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ അപകടമുണ്ടായി മരണ ' മടഞ്ഞ ( ശ്രീ , കെ. അബ്‌ദുൽ റഷീദിൻറെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് വർക്ക്മെൻസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി 3,12,940 രൂപ (മൂന്ന് ലക്ഷത്തി പന്ത്രണ്ടായിരത്തി തൊള്ളായിരത്തി നാൽപ്പത് രൂപ മാത്രം ) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടി വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാൻ ആശ്രിതരായി ( ശ്രീ , ഉമൈബാബീവി (ഭാര്യ) , ഷാൻ ഷഫീക്ക് ഹൗസ്, ഞാറയ്ക്കൽ വാഴങ്ങൽ ജംഗ്ഷൻ , അഞ്ചാലുംമൂട് , പെരിനാട اله അന്വേഷണം -691601 എന്നിവർ മാത്രമ ഉളളുവെന്ന റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . ടിയാൻ ആശ്രിതരായി ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി வேல் ആരെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസററിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഓഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയി ക്കേണ്ടതും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണി ക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു .

(ശ്രീ . ഷാജി ജോസഫ് ( വാട്ടർ അതോറിററിയിലെ കരാറുകാരൻ ) -ൻറെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി അപകടമുണ്ടായി മാരകമായി (രണ്ടു (ക്രിസ്തുദാസിൻറെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ട പരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായകുന്നതിനായി 2,25,000 രൂപ ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തയ്യായിരം രൂപ മാത്രം ) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് . തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുളള നഷ's പരിഹാർ ആക്ടിലെ 2 ( 1 ) ( ഡി ) വകുപ്പനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാൻറ ആശ്രിതരായി ശ്രീമതി ലില്ലിഭായ് ( ഭാര്യ ) , ഷിജി , ഷീന, ดา ( പ്രായപൂർത്തിയാകാത്ത പെൺമക്കൾ ) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉളളുവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തതിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാര മുളള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന ๑๐๐ ആരെങ്കിലുമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഗസററിൽ പരസ്യ പ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എൻറെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേണ്ടതു മാണ് . നിർദ്‌ദിഷ സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യക്തികൾക്ക് വിതരണം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . അതിനുശേഷം അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Abdul Rasheed who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Kerala Minerals and Metals Limited, Chavara and whereas it is reported that Smt . Umaibabeevi , Shan Shafeck House, Njarakkal , Vaazhangal Anchalummoodu, Perinad P. O. , Kollam-691 601 is his only dependents as defined under Section 2 ( 1 ) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, if any others claim to be dependents should within 15days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette, prefer their claim inwriting Junction,
