തിരുവനന്തപുരം യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി കോളേജിൽ 2008-09 വർഷത്തിൽ ഫിസിക്കൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ വിഭാഗത്തിലേക്ക് കായിക ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു . മുഖവില -രൂപ 50,000 .

ദർഘാസുകൾ " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , യൂണിവേഴ്സിററി കോളേജ് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 12-12-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്കകം ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കവറിന് മുകളിൽ ഫിസിക്കൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറിലേക്ക് വിതരണം കായിക ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ് . 1 മണിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേദിവസം 2 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരു പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ അവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
The envelopes containing the tenders should be superscribed as "Tenders for the supply of Sports Goods to Physical Education Department of University College, Thiruvananthapuram addressed to the Principal, University College , Thiruvananthapuram, SO as to received in this College on or before 12-12-2008 , 1 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 2 p . m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 10-12-2008 വരെ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 2 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില 150 (വാറ്, സെസ് പുറമെ) രൂപയും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ഫാറത്തിൻ نمايه 100 രൂപയും ( പാററ്, സെസ് പുറമേ ) നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ഒറിജിനൽ ടെണ്ടർഫോം വാങ്ങുന്നവർക്കു മാത്രമേ ഡ്യൂരിക്കേറാ ഫോറം നൽകുകയുള്ളു . തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുളളവർ 50 രൂപ അധികം മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ഒരിക്കൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന് നൽകിയെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ നൽകുന്ന മല്ല .
Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal , University College , Thiruvananthapuram on working days before 2 p . m. till 10-12-2008 . The cost of the tender form is Rs . 150+ VAT + Cess and for duplicate tender form is Rs . 100+VAT+Cess .
Duplicate tender forms will be issued to only to those who purchase the original tender forms . Those who wish to get tender forms by post may send additional amount of Rs . 50 per copy for Money Order. an
തുകയേക്കാ കൂടുതലായാ കുറവായോ അയയ്ക്കുന്ന മനിഭാർഡറുകൾ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ചെക്ക് , ഡിമാന്റ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ് , സ്‌ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാാഠം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Water Cooler cum water purifier with the following specification for the use of Government College , Mananthavady.
of The tenders should be superscribed " Supply Water Cooler cum water purifie to Government College , Mananthavady" and addressed to the Principal, Government College Mananthavady, Nallurnad P.O. , Pin- 670 645. Last date of receipt of tender in the College office i ' at 5 p . m. on 15-12-2008 . Late tenders will not be accepted . ThThe teaders will be opened at 3 p . m. on 16-12-2008. in the presence of sach tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at thattime .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government College , Mananthavady obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 169 ( 150 +19 S.T. ) , which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The teader forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p . m. on 15-12-2008 . Cheques , Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of form. The forms will not be sent by V. P. P. Those who required forms by post should be sent M. O. worth Rs . 206 towards Principal, Government College, Mananthavady . Cost of Duplicate tender form will be Rs . 113 per copy. EMD amounting to 1% of the total amount should be submitted along with the tender .
