SHORT TENDER NOTICE
17th November 2008 .
No. 81-8032/2008 /AVC .
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of 3 Part Hematology Analyzer- 1 No. to the Governement Ayurveda Çollege Hospital for Women and Children , Poojappura , Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2008-09 .

Tenders should be superscribed " Supply of 3 Part Hematology Analyzer " addressed to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram . The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p.m. on 15-12-2008 . The late tendetenders will not be acceaccepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m . on 15-12-2008 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvanantha- puram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances Tender forms are not transferabale . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p . m . on 15-12-2008 . Cheques , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of Rs . 50 by Money Order to cover postal charges . Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy .
Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1% of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-7-200931-7-2009 . The Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender.
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവ . ആയുർവേദ കോളേജിലെ സത്രീകളുടെയും കുട്ടികളുടെയും ആശുപത്രിയിൽ 2008-09 വർഷത്തേക്ക് 31-7-2009 വരെ 3 പാർട്ട് ഹീമറോളജി അനലൈസർ ഒരെണ്ണം വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള വരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .

60000 ദർഘാസുകളും ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൻറ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് 15-12-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിവരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 15-12-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയേക്കാൾ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ 31-7-2009 വരെ മാററം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ഒരു ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില 450 രൂപയാണ് . (ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില 225 രൂപ ) , പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % ( ഒരു ശതമാനം ) നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത (ഡാഫ്ററും 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സംസ‌ഥാന് മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതൊരു ടെണ്ടറും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമായിരിക്കും .
SPECIFICATIONS
1 Should be a 3 Part hematology analyzer with 18 parameters and 3 histograms for WBC , RBC , PLT .
Sampling should be done through the ceramic sample rotor valve and not through the syringe .
2 3 Should have a throughout not less than 60 samples an hour .
4 Should give WBC parameters as Lymp , Mixed cells and Neutrophils in number and percent ages. 5 Hematocrit parameter should be measured parameter and not calculated .
6 Hemoglobin done through non-cyanide method .
7 The discriminators use for measurement should be floating and not calculated .
8 There should be a maximum of 3 regaents needed to perform tests shoud be readily available through distributors or directly from company .
9 It should be able to give PLCR ( Platis to lege cell ratio) or megathrombocytes .
10 Should have a 2 years warranty and company service engineer based in for after sales service .

ദർഘാസനീട്ടി വയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്" . സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിലവിലുളള എല്ലാ ഭർഘാസ് നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരി ക്കുന്നതാണ് . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാ വുന്നതാണ്.
