representatives who maybe present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs. 150+ VAT 4% for original form and Rs . 100+ VAT 4 % for duplicate . Cheques , Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps, PostalOrders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by registered post subject to a cash payment by Money Order inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 70/2008-09 for the supply of Duplo -Red , Blue Colour Inks is invited by the undersigned. The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 22-12-2008 at 1 p . m. and the same will be opened at 3 p. m . on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised will be closed at 1 p. m . on 22-12-2008 . An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tenders . Money Orders will be entertained only upto 12-12-2008 and the purpose of sending Money Order should be specified in M.O. coupon clearly. Late tenders , tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1 % of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 will not be accepted on any account .
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർമ്‌ടിഷ് ഫാറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ 150 രൂപ + 4 % മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് 100 രൂപ + 4 % മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്‌സിൽചിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്‌റോജ് ചെലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം രജിസ്‌റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാ ആതാണ് . 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മണിയോർഡു3 12-12-2008 വരെ മാത്രമ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു . കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്തമായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മണിയോർഡർ

സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഡ്യൂപ്ലോ മെഷ്യനിൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ചുവപ്പുമഷിയും നീലമഷിയും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 22-12-2008 , 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്ന ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതല പ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 70 /2008-09 ഡ്യൂപ്ലോ റെഡ് , ബ്ലൂ കളർ ഇങ്കുകൾ വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച്'' എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . താമസിച്ച്ിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല .
