പ്രീ-ബിഡ് മീറ്റിംഗ്—5-1-2009 പകൽ 11 മണി.
ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും—12-1-2009 പകൽ 3 മണിവരെ.
ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—14-1-2009 പകൽ 3 മണി.
പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയിരുന്ന മറ്റ് നിബന്ധനകൾക്ക് മാറ്റമില്ല.
