NOTICE CONVENING FINAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of Section 497
of The Companies Act, 1956 that a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company will be held
on Saturday the 20th day of December 2008 at the
Registered Office of the Company at 10 a.m. for the purpose of laying of accounts showing the manner in
which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of and of hearing any
explanation that may be given by the liquidator and also
for determining by a Special Resolution of the Company the manner in which the books, accounts and documents
of the Company and of the liquidator shall be disposed off
for enabling the voluntary winding up of the Company.
