NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 485 (1) of
the Companies Act, 1956 that the members of Sopanam
Hotels Private Limited, KP5/37A, Kumarapuram P.O.,
Haripad, Alleppey - 690 548 at the Extra Ordinary
General Meeting held on 28th day of October 2008 have
resolved in terms of Section 484 (1) (b) of the Companies
Act, 1956 to wind up the Company voluntarily and
appointed Mr. S. Gopalakrishnan Nair,
s/o S. Sankara Panicker, 12A, Choorakattumadom,
Kumarapuram P. O., Haripad, Alleppey-690 548, as a
liquidator of the Company.
