The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of the tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 17-12-2008 . Those who have wish to get the tender form by post may send Rs . 500 by Money Order which includes cost , taxes , postal charges etc. Cheques, Postal Stamps , Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms or the forms will notbe sent by V. P. P. Duplicate forms if required will be issued at Rs . 200 and VAT 12.5 % extra per copy.
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Poultry and Duck Cages - 3 Nos. for the use of Institute of Animal Health and Palode, Pacha P.O. , Veterinary Biologicals, Thiruvananthapuram .

ഇൻസ്ററിററ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് അനിമൽ ഹെൽത്ത് ആൻറ് വെറ്ററിനറി ബയോളജിക്കൽസ് , പാലോട് , പച്ച പി . ഒ . , തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന സ്ഥാപന ത്തിൻ്റ ആവശ്യത്തിലേക്കായി പൗൾട്രി , مدلله കേജുകൾ -3 എണ്ണം നൽകുന്നതിന് മൽസരസ്വഭാവമുളള മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .

The tender should be supersoribed " Tender No. XIV/2008-09 supply of Poultry and Duck Cages" and should be addressed to the Director, Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals , Palode, Pacha P.O. , Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Pin -6955562.562. Last date for the receipt of the tender is 18-12-2008 at 11 a.m. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 12 Noon on 18-12-2008 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
لوله ദർഘാസ് ഉൾക്കൊളളുന്ന കവറിന് പുറത്ത് "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 14 / 2008-09 കൂടുകൾ നൽകുന്ന തിന gm രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ഡയറക്ടർ , ഇൻസ്ററിററ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് അനിമൽ വെററിനറി ബയോളജിക്കൽസ് , പാലോട് പോസ്ററ് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , കേരളം , പിൻ 695 562 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 18-12-2008 പകൽ 11 മണിവരെയാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 18-12-2008 പകൽ 12 മണിക്ക് ബന്‌ധപ്പെട്ട ദർഘാസുകാരനോ അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻാാ പ്രസ്തുത സമയത്ത് ഹാജരു ണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് നൽകാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ദർഘാസ ' നൽകേണ്ട പ്രത്യേകമായ ഫോറത്തിന് ഡയറക്ടർ , ഇൻസ്ററിററ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് അനിമൽ ഹെൽത്ത് ആൻറ് വെറററിനറി ബയോളജിക്കൽസ് , പാലോട് , പച്ച പി.ഒ. , Intending tenderers may on application to the Director, Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biologicals , Palode , Pacha P.O. , Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695562 for obtaining the prescribed tender form on which the tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompa- nied by a cash remittance of Rs . 400 and VAT 12.5 % which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable .
Postal Stamps , Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms or the forms vill not be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate formforms if required will be issued at Rs . 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) and VAT 12.5 % extra per copy .
Contents of the Labels as well as label will be given along with the tender form . The firms submitting the tenders should produce the samples of label for which rate quoted along with the tenders.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം , കേരളം , 20-695562 വിലാസത്തിൽ എന്ന താകുന്നു . ഇങ്ങനെയുളള വിലയായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള 400 രൂപയും 12.5% നികുതിയും ചേർത്ത് പണമടച്ചതിൻറെ രസീതുകൂടി ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ഈ തുക മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിൽപ്പന 17-12-2008 പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് നിർത്തൽ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് 42000٠ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെന്നുള്ളവർ ഫോറ വിലയും നികുതിയും ചാർജ്ജും അടക്കം 500 രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായി മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരേണ്ടതാണ് . ഫോറ വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ , രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ട അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഫാറ الهاللهالله തപാൽ ഡിമാൻറ് ഡാഫ്ററുകൾ , സ്ററാമ്പുകൾ മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതോ ഫോറം തപാൽ ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതോ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ആവശ്യ മുളളവർ പ്രതി ഒന്നിന് 200 രൂപയും 12.5% . നികുതിയും അധികമായി നൽകേണ്ടതാകുന്നു .
