തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലയിൽ തുറുവിക്കൽ വില്ലേജിൽ പേടിക്കാട്ട് മുറിയിൽ മേലെപടിഞ്ഞാറ്റിൽ വീട്ടിൽ താമസം 12 വയസ്സുള്ള അശ്വതിയുടെ ചെറുവയ്ക്കൽ വില്ലേജിൽ സർവ്വെ 2093-ൽ പെട്ട പതിനാറ്് സെന്റ ് വസ്തുവും തന്നകത്തുള്ള സകലവകകളും ടിയിൽ 11 വയസ്സുള്ള ആശ പേർക്കുള്ള ചെറുവയ്ക്കൽ വില്ലേജിൽ സർവ്വെ 2093-ൽപ്പെട്ട പതിനാറ് സെന്റ ് സ്ഥലവും തന്നകത്തുള്ള വൃക്ഷങ്ങൾ മുതലായ സകല വകകളുമുള്ളതിൽ ടി മൈനർക്കവകാശപ്പെട്ട ഒന്നുപകുതി അവകാശവും കൂടി ടി മൈനർ ആൾക്കാരുടെ ന∑ക്കുവേ≠ി ഹർജിക്കാരനെ വിൽക്കാൻ അനുവദിക്കണമെന്ന് കാണിച്ച് ബോധിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മേൽ നമ്പർ ഹർജി 2009-ാമാ≠് 1-ാം മാസം 17-ാം തീയതി വിചാരണ വച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതിനാൽ ടി വസ്തു വിൽപ്പന നടത്താൻ അനുവാദം തരുന്നതിന് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം ടി ദിവസം പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരായി ബോധിപ്പിച്ചുകൊള്ളേ≠തും അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ആർക്കും ആക്ഷേപം ഇല്ലായെന്ന് ക≠് ഹർജി തീർച്ചചെയ്യുന്നതുമാണ്.

Whereas the petitioner has filed OP (G&W) No. 257/2008, before this Hone'ble Court, praying that he be declared as guardian of his minor grand daughter Aparna Anil and applied for the permission to sell the said minor's share viz. 3/4th of one half undivided share over the said 10 cents. (4.05 ares) of land, building bearing T.C. No. 3/1070 and all other things attached thereto in Sy. No. 1481/5 of Kowdiar Village and where as the case is posted to 20-1-2009, it is hereby notified that any person having objection to the said application should appear before this court at 11 a.m. on the said day and file objection, failing which the application would be allowed as if there is no objection.
