Paulose , Advocate & Notary , Kalappura House, Milk Society Road , B. Street , Mananthav Wayanad District in and throughout Mananthav Taluk in the Revenue District of Wayanad five years with effect from 27-7-2007 Notification 23-7-2007 to the No. d 12767 /H4 2007/ Law entire Revenue Distric: Wayanad with effect from 23-10-2008 and 1 26-7-2012.
