Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Photocopier ( Digital) -1 No. to the Chemical Examiner's Laboratory , Department , Thiruvananthapuram .
The Estimated amount -Rs . 80,000 (Rupees Eighty thousand only) .
The tenders should be superscribed No. " S.2982/08/ CE (VIII ) for the supply of Photocopier (Digital)" addressed to "The Chief Chemical Examiner to Government , Chemical Examiner's Laboratory, aboratory, P. H. Lab Compound,d, Red Cross Road, Thiruvananthatpuram - 35, Kerala . " The last date for receipt of completed tenders are 8-1-2009 at 4 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened on 9-1-2009 at 3 p . m . in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers may , on application to the undersigned obtain the requisite tender forms with details of items on which tenders are to be submitted . Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 (inclusive of S.T. ) which is the rate fixed for the original tender form and is not refundable under any circumstances . The sale of tender forms will be closed at 7-1-2009 , 4 p . m . Cheques, Postal Orders, Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms , but Money order will be accepted . The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender form if required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy. But tender forms will be issued against the receipt of money order with Postal Charges .
