Mananthavady . Cost of Duplicate tender forms will be Rs . 450 per copy. EMD amounting to 1 % of the total amount should be submitted along with the tender .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Stores to the use of Government College , Manan- thavady as per list attached.
മാനന്തവാടി ഗവൺമെൻറ് പട്ടികയിൽ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന കോളേജിലേക്ക് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകളും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു.
The tenders should be superscribed "Supply of Computers and Accessories to Government College, Mananthavady " and addressed to the Principal , Government College , Mananthavady , Nallurnad P.O. , Pin-670 645. Last date of receipt of tender in the College Office is 5 p . m. on 24-12-2008. Late tenders will not be accepted .. The tender will be opened at 3 p . m . on 26-12-2008 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised repre- sentatives who may be present at that time .
ദർഘാസുകൾക്ക് മുകളിൽ 2008-09 വർഷ ത്തേക്ക് മാനന്തവാടി ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിലേക്ക് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകളും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന്" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 24-12-2008 -ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , മാനന്തവാടി , നല്ലൂർനാട് പി.ഒ. , മാനന്തവാടി , പിൻ -670 645 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം . വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . 26-12-2008-0 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളവരോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളവരോ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ വിലയായി നിശ്ച‌യിച്ചി ട്ടുളള 788 രൂപ (വിൽപ്പന നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ ) ആഫീസിൽ അടച്ച 0000 കൈപ്പറോവുന്നതാണ് . 00000. തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ പേപോസ്റേജ് ചാർജ്ജ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ 825 രൂപ മാനന്തവാടി ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ വിലാസത്തിൽ മണി ഓർഡർ അയക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government College , Mananthavady, obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance ofRs . 788 (Rs . 700 + 88 ST) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p . m . on 24-12-2008 . Cheques , Postal Order , etc, will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form. The forms will not be sent by V. P. P. Those who required forms by post should be sent M.O. worth Rs . 825 to Principal , Government College,
ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 24-12-2008-0 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2.30 -ന് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ മുതലായവ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഫോറം വി , പി.പി. ആയി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ്റ് ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വില 450 രൂപ ആയിരിക്കും . ടെണ്ടറിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
