Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Lab /Physiotherapy Equipments for the use of Government Homoco Medical College Hospital , Calicut - 10 . The list of equipments shall be obtained along with the tender form .
കോഴിക്കോട ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഹോമിയോപ്പതിക മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്കാവശ്യമായ ലാബ്/ഫിസിയോതെറാപ്പി ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുളള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും സീലുവച്ച മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ട ഉപകരണ ങ്ങളുടെ ലിസ്ററ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
The tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Lab /Physiotherapy Equipments" and addressed to the Superintendent, Government Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital , Karaparamba , Calicut- 10 . The last date for receipt of tender is at 11.30 a.m. 22-1-2009 . Late tenders will not be considered on
The tenders will be opened at 12 Noon on the. same day in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Estimated amount Rs . 1,25,000 .
ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിന് പുറത്ത് "ലാബ് /ഫിസിയോതെറാപ്പി ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള ദർഘാസ് എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്ത ണ്ടതും സൂപ്രണ്ട് , ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഹോമിയോപ്പതിക് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി, കാരാപറമ്പ് കോഴിക്കോട് -10 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ 22-1-2009 - ന 11.30 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവ ശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ലഭിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ อา ณน 12 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരൻെറയോ അയാൾ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ വ്യക്തിയുടെയോ งา ദധ്യത്തിൽ പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയതും ഗുണനിലവാര മുളളതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ് .
ദർഘാസിൻറെ കൂടെ മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്‌റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . തുക 1,25,000 രൂപ .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Superintendent, Govt . Homocopathic Medical College Hospital , Karaparamba , Calicut- 10 will obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 which is the price fixed for a form which is not refundable .le . Tender forms if required through post an additional amount of Rs . 50 should be remitted . Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p . m . on 21-1-2009 , 17-1-2009 by post . The tender forms will be obtained from the hospital office on direct payment or by M.O. only on working days .
ദർഘാസ് ആവശ്യമുളളവർ സൂപ്രണ്ട് , ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഹോമിയോപ്പതിക് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രി, കാരാറപമ്പ് , കോഴിക്കോട് -10 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ സ്വന്തം പേപ്പറിൽ അപേക്ഷി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില 450 രൂപയാണ് . ഈ തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെങ്കിൽ 50 ചാർജ്ജായും രൂപ തപാൽ

സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷൻ എന്നിവ ദർഘാസിൻറെ കൂടെ അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് .
