SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. S1-8430/2008/AVC .
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Digital EEG- 1 No. to the Government Ayurveda College , Hospital for Women & Children , Poojappura , Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2008-09 and upto 31-7-2009.
Tenders should be superscribed "Supply of Digital EEG . " addressed to the Principal , Governmentnent Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram . The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p.m. on 20-12-2008 . TheThe late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p . m . on 20-12-2008 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvanantha- puram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form shouldbe accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 450 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 20-12-2008 . Cheque, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of Rs . 50 by Money Order to cover postal charges . Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued at Rs. 225 per copy .
Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1 % of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-7-2009 . The Principal , Govt. Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender .

30000 ദർഘാസുകളും ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ പ്രത്യേകം 2B3 20-12-2008 3 മണി വരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 -ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 20-12-2008 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയേക്കാ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ട 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ താകുന്നു . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ 31-7-2009 வல മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ഒരു ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില 450 രൂപയാണ് . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 225
