Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Furniture at 13 new I. T. Is under the Department of Industrial Training.

Date of commencement of sale of tenders- 26-11-2008 .
Last date and time of sale of tenders- 23-12-2008 , 4 p.m.
Last date and time of receipt of sealed tenders- 26-12-2008 , 5 p. m .
Date and time of opening of sealed tenders- 27-12-2008, 12.30 p . m.
The cost of the tender forms will be accepted only by cash or Money Order . The tender should be superscribed with tender no . and date and addressed to the Director of Training , Industrial Training Department , Thycaud , Thiruvananthapuram - 14 . Late tenders will not be accepted . One per cent of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit . Validity period is 3 months from the date of opening of the tenders , otherwise will be rejected. Tenders in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 ( Rupees fifty only ) otherwise the tender will not be considered . Stamp Paper will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala , if required by remitting Rs . 75 (Rupees seventy five only) separately by Money Order (Rs . 25 is intended to cover, postage and incidental expenses) . Tender forms are not transferable .

ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും- 27-12-2008, 12.30 ദർഘാസ് വില പണമായിട്ടോ മണിഓർഡറായിട്ടോ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു . ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ , തീയതി എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകൾ "ഡയറക്‌ടർ , വ്യാവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പ് , തൈക്കാട് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -14 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഒറിജിനൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം വിലയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യവും 50 രൂപ ( അൻപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ പത്രവും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ മൂന്നു മാസം വരെ വില നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . അല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനി മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ 75 രൂപ (എഴുപത്തി അഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം ) മണിഭാമണി ഓർഡറായി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രപ്പത്രം വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ് ( മണിയോർഡർ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ ) . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാറം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല .
