TENDER NOTICE

are Sealed tenders in the prescribed forms invited from their authorised agencies for the supply of computer chairs as detailed below for the Depart- ment of Treasuries , Government of Kerala .

Last date and time of issue of tender- 17-1-2009, p.m.

Last date and time of receipt of tender- 17-1-2009 , 4 p.m.

Date and time of opening of tender- 19-1-2009, 11 a.m.

Designation and address from whom tender forms can be had and to whom tenders are to be sent - The Director,Directorate of Treasuries , Krishna Building, Power House Road, Thiruvananthapuram - 695 036 .

The items are to be supplied at various Treasuries of the Kerala State within 30 days from the date of receipt of the supply order . The details of duties and taxes shall be specified seperately . Specification of chairs will be furnished along with tenger document .

Intending bidders can purchase tender forms from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs . 1,250 in cash as cost of tender forms or get it by post on payment of Rs . 1,325 ( cost of the tender form and stamp paper) by Money Order along with a self addressed and stamped envelope and a request for the supply of tender forms . Cheques , Demand Drafts , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted and nor it will be sent by V.P.P.

Duplicate copy of the tender forms will be issued to firms or individuals who have purchased original forms , but tenders should be submitted in original .

EMD which is 1 % of the amount quoted for the quantity required shall be furnished by wayway of Demand Draft in favour of the Director of Treasuries , payable at Thiruvananthapuram for the fulfilment of the contract . EMD of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned within one month after the tenders are finalized and that of successful bidders will be adjusted into security deposit . Every bidder shall furnish preliminary agreement in the prescribed form on Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 along with the tenders .

The tenders should be superscribed "Tenders for the supply of Computer Chairs as per Tender No. 3/2008 " and they should be addressed to the Director of Treasuries .

The tenders received in time will be opened in the presence of such bidders or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.

No tenders received after the specified date and time will be accepted on any account .

സ സംസ്‌ഥാന ട്രഷറി വകുപ്പിൽ 1,500 കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻസികളിൽ നിന്നും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നിർമ്മാ താക്കളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രണം ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .

ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണത്തിൻ്റെ വില:

അസ്സൽ... രൂപ 1,000 + 12.5 % വാറാം .

പകർപ്പ് - രൂപ 500 + 12.5 % വാറ് .

ദർഘാസ പ്രമാണം വിൽക്കാൻ ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന തിയതി 17-12-2008 .

ദർഘാസ് അവസ പ്രമാണം വിൽക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും 17-1-2009 , 1 മണി .

ദർഘാസ് ( പ്രമാണം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 17-1-2009 , 4 മണി .

ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും- 19-1-2009 , 11 อา .

ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . പറയുന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ട്രഷറി ഡയറക്ടർ , ( ട്രഷറി ഡയറക്‌ടറേറ ". തിരുവനന്തപുരം -36 . കൃഷ്ണാ ബിൽഡിംഗ് പവർ റോഡ ' , ദർഘാസിൽ കരാർ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തുക ദിവസം മുതൽ 3 മാസം വരെ (പ്രാബല്യ ഒപ്പുവച്ച മുള്ളതായിരിക്കും . ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ച് 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം തന്നെ കസേരകൾ വിവിധ ട്രഷറികളിൽ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . ഡ്യൂട്ടിയും പ്രത്യേകം കാണിച്ചിരിക്കണം . കസേരകളുടെ സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷൻ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം വാങ്ങുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം ഡയറക്‌ടറേററിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . (ร ว 1,250 താൽപ്പര്യമുളള ദർഘാസുകാർക്ക ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം വകുപ്പ്"വകുപ്പ് മേധാവിയുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണത്തിൻറെ വില തപാൽ മുഖേന ദർഘാസ് ആവശ്യപ്പെടു ന്നവർ ആവശ്യമായ തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ച സ്വന്തം വിലാസമെഴുതിയ കവർ ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്ത് 1,325 രൂപയുടെ (ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെയും മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തി ഒൻറയും വില ) മണിയോർഡർ സഹിതം അപേക്ഷിക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് . പോസ്ററൽ ഡിമാൻറ് ഓർഡറുകൾ ഇവ ദർഘാസ് , പ്രമാണത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ്പ്രമാണം വി.പി.പി , ആയി അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കു ന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിൻ്റെ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കോറ് കോപ്പി ഒറിജിനൽ ഫോമിൻറെ കൂടെ നൽകുന്നതാണ് . എന്നാൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തന്നെയാണ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസി നോടൊപ്പം കേരള രൂപയുടെ സുപ്രേത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക കരാർ ഒപ്പിട്ട് നൽകേ எல ഒറിജിനൽ സർക്കാരിൻറെ 50 പ്രമാണത്തിൽ കരാർ തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി (EMD) തിരുവനന്തപുരം നഗരത്തിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ടൊപ്പം ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതോണ് .

ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള കവറിനു " "Tender for the supply of Computer Chairs as per Tender Notification No. 3/2008 " nam ആലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം .

ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്‌ധ്യത്തിലോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകത ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിധ‌്യ ത്തിൽ നിർദ്ദിഷ്‌ട ദിവസം തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

നിർദ്‌ദിഷ്‌ട തീയതിക്കും സമായതിനും ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
