മേൽ നമ്പർ കേസിൽ ഹർജിക്കാരിയുടെ മകനായ ദേവദാസൻനായർ മരിച്ചുപോയതിനാൽ ടിയാന്റെ പേരിലുളള തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ ഇലക്ട്രിസിറ്റി ബോർഡ് എംπോയീസ് Jose s/o Edattukaran Antony, Pallipuram Village, Mala Pallipuram Desom, Kodungallur Taluk.

കോ-ഓപ്പറേറ്റീവ് സൊസൈറ്റി ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ 3039, പവ്വർഹൗസ്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 036-ൽ ഫിക്സഡ് ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റ് നമ്പരുകളായി 6625/02-03/809, 6760/1036/02-03, 8166/1690/02-03, 8167/1691/02-03, 3393/1679/04-05 എന്നിവയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട 25,00,000 രൂപയും എസ്. ബി. അക്കൗ≠് 2513-ൽ ഉളള 5,65,000 ഉൾപ്പെടെ മൊത്തം 30,65,000 രൂപ ഹർജിക്കാരിക്ക് വേ≠ി വാങ്ങി എടുക്കുന്നതിന് ഹർജിക്കാരിക്കുവേ≠ി മു‡്യാർകാരി ബോധിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുളള ടി നമ്പർ ഹർജി 31-1-2009-ൽ വിചാരണ വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിനാൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപമുള്ളപക്ഷം അന്ന് പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരായി ആക്ഷേപം ബോധിപ്പി ക്കേ≠തും അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ഹർജി തീർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതാണെ ന്നുമുളള വിവരം ഇതിനാൽ തെര്യപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊളളുന്നു.
