Notifications and Orders issued by the Government Labour and Rehabilitation Department
7/391 , Mission Quarters , Thrissur -680 001 and the workmen of the above referred establishment Shri Rao Thomas , Vellaningattu House , Karimba P. O. , Mannarkkad, Palakkad in respect of mattars mentioned in the annexure to this order;

And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;

Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between The General Manager, Emil & Eric Digital Films ( fi) Limited
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to Industrial Tribunal, Palakkad . The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months . the

Whether the denial of employment to Shri Rao Thomas by the management , Emil & Eric Digital Films (P) Limited is justifiable ? If not , what relief he is entitled to ?

And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal, Palakkad . The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .
ANNEXURE
Whether the dismissal of Smt . Lucy Varghese , being a staff of Shelter Financing and Chitties Limited is justifiable ? If not , what relief she is entitled to get?

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between The Manager , Harrison Malayalam Limited, Wallardie Estate , Vandiperiyar Post, Peermade and the workmen of the above referred establishment represented by the General Secretary , High Range Plantation Employees Union ( INTUC ) , Peerma de Post, in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) ( d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial
[PART I dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industria Tribunal , Idukki . The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months.

1. Whether the dismissal of Shri Jayaraj , C. R. No. 4521 by the management of HML Wallardie Estate is justifiable ? 2. If not what are the reliefs he is entitled to ?

Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between The Manager , Carmel Higher Secondary School , Chalakudy , Thrissur -680 307 and the workmen of the above referred establishment Shri Francis M. D. , sio . Devassy, Manjaly House, Iranikulam P. O. , Thrissur-680 734 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said Industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal , Palakkad . The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .

Whether the dismissal of Shri Francis , M. D. , Typist cum Clerk by the management of Carmel Higher Secondary School is justifiable ? If not, what relief he is entitled to get?
