SHORT TENDER NOTICE
22nd November 2008 .
No. S. 2982/08 / CE(XI ).
Scaled competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Instrument Tables-5 Nos . to the Chemical Examiner's Laporatory , Department 1 niruvanantna- puram. The estimated amount is Rs . 2.5 lakhs (Rupees Two lakhs Fifty thousand only).
The tenders should be superscribed "No. S. 2982/08 / CE ( XI) for the supply of Instrument Table" addressed to " The Cheif Chemical Examiner to Government , Chemical Examiner's Laboratory, P. H. Lab Compound, Red Cross Road , Thiruvanantha- puram- 35 , Kerala" . The last date for receipt of completd tenders is 12-1-2009 at 4 p . m . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 13-1-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 (inclusive of S.T.) which is the rate fixed for the original tender form and is not refundable under any circumstances . The sale of tender forms will be closed at 9-1-2009 on 4 p.m. Cheque, Postal Orders , drafts etc will not be accepted towards the cost of forms but money order will be accepted . The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy. But tender forms will be issued against the receipt of money order and postal charges .

"ദർഘാസ് 3 നമ്പർ ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്തത കവറിനുമുകളിൽ . 2982/08/10 (XI ) "ഇൻസ്ട്രമെൻറ് മേശ നൽകുന്നതിലേക്ക് " എന്ന് പ്രത്യേകം എഴുതി "ഗവൺമെൻറ് ചീഫ് കെമിക്കൽ എക്സ്‌സാമിനർ കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനേഴ്സ് ലബോ റട്ടറി പി . എച്ച് . ലാബിന് സമീപം റെഡ്ക്രോസ് റോഡ് തിരുവനന്തപുരം- 35 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 2009 ജനുവരി മാസം. 12-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും 2009 ജനുവരി മാസം 13-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് ഉത്തരവാദപ്പെട്ട പ്രതിനിധികളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതു മായിരിക്കും . താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . വരെ
താണ് . ദർഘാസ് و ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ നികുതിയടക്കം വിലയായ 450 രൂപ (രൂപ നാന്നൂറ്റി അൻപത് മാത്രം ) നേരിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖേനയോ അടച്ച് തിരുവനന്തപുര ത്തുളള കേരളാ ഗവൺമെൻറ് ചീഫ് കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്ന ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില, ചെക്ക് , (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവയായ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 2009 ജനുവരി മാസം 9-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4. മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും , ഡ്യൂപ്പിക്കേററ് ഫാറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് ഫോറം . ഒന്നിന് 225 രൂപ (രൂപ ഇരുന്നൂററ്റി ഇരുപത്തഞ്ച് മാത്രം ) ക്രമത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ขาย
