No. A1-678/2008 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Library items as a part of modernization of library- library organization and cateloging under the Annual Plan 2008-09 . " Accreditation of College by NAAC " for an amount of Rs . 75,113 (Rupees Seventy five Thousand One hundred and Thirteen only), sanctioned by the Director of Collegiate Educa- tion, Thiruvananthapuram .
The list of required Library items will be supplied along with the tender forms .
The tender should be superscribed as " Tender for the supply of library items as part of moderniza- tion of library Plan Scheme 2008-09 " and addressed to the Principal, G. P. M. Government College , Manjeswaram , Kasaragod District .
Cost of tender form :
Original Rs . 400 VAT 12.5 % .
Duplicate-Rs . 200+ VAT 12.5 % .
Date and time of starting and closing of sale of tender forms- From 15-12-2008 to 2-1-2009,112 Noon .
Last date and time of receipt of tender forms- 2-1-2009 , 12.30 p . m .
Date and time of opening of tender forms- 2-1-2009, 12.45 p . m .
an Intending tenderers should be deposit amount of 1% of the total cost as EMD by DD in favour of the Principal , G.P.M. Government College, Manjeswaram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. The rate quoted and S. T. should not be changed till 31-3-2009. The undersigned have the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason.
Further details if can be had from the college office from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all working days .
മഞ്ചേശ്വരം ജി .പി . എം . ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിന് 2008-09 വർഷത്തെ പ്ലാൻ ഫണ്ടിൽ അനുവദിച്ച 75,113 രൂപയുടെ കോളേജ് ലൈബ്രറിക്ക് ലൈബ്രറി സാമഗ്രികൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുളളവരിൽ നിന്നും നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിലുള്ള മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ലൈബ്രറി സാമഗ്രികളുടെ ലിസ്ററ് ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ കൂടെ നൽകുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില :
അസൽ -രൂപ 400 + 12.5% മൂ.വ.നി. പകർപ്പ്- രൂപ 200 + 12.5 % രൂ.വ നി .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും-- 15-12-2008 മുതൽ 2-1-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണി വരെ .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 2-1-2009 12.30 ๑๓ ๑๑, ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും- 2-1-2009 2 12.45 2 .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം നിരത (ദ്രവ്യമായി വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരക്കിൽ (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ജി , പി.എം. ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , ' മഞ്ചേശ്വരം എന്ന പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാൻറ് വാങ്ങിയ 50 രൂപയുടെ മദക്കടലാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ എഗ്രിമെൻറും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതൊരു ടെണ്ടറും ആവശ്യമായി വന്നാൽ കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ സംസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ നിന്നും നിരസിക്കുവാനുളള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസു കളിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന വില , നികുതി എന്നിവ 31-3-2009 വരെ മാറ്റം വരുത്തുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല .
