TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tenders should be superscribed with tender number, date and addressed to the Principal , I.T.I. , Areacode , Malappuram District . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at the time and date given above in the presents of tenderers or their anthorized representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal obtain the requisite tender forms on which tender should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of the price of the form in favour of the Principal , Government I.T.I. , Areacode , which is not refundable under any circumstances . Those who wish to get the tender forms by post should send an extra amount of Rs . 10by way of Money Order . Tender forms are not transferable .
Drafts, Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms and the form will not be send by V.P.P. Duplicate tender form will be issued on remittance of the prescribed cost .
Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 is required for executing the agreement along with the tender . Tender will be supplied to the firms outside Kerala on remittance of Rs . 60 separately by Money Order Rs . 10 is intended to cover postage and incidental expenses .

ദർഘാസുകളുടെ കവറിന് പുറത്ത് നമ്പരും , തീയതിയും എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ വ്യാവസായിക പരിശീലന വകുപ്പ് , ഐ . ററി . ഐ . അരീക്കോട് , മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ട താണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ നിശ്ചിത സമയത്ത് ഹാജരായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന് നിശ്ചിത തുക അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് വില ഐ . ടി . ഐ . , അരീക്കോട (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന് മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണത്തിൽ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുളള കരാർ മാതൃകയിൽ 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്ര പത്രത്തിൽ കരട് ഒപ്പിട്ട് ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാർക്ക് മുദ്രപ്പത്രം ദർഘാസുകളോടൊപ്പം ആവശ്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ 60 രൂപ അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ദർഘാസുകൾക്കൊപ്പം കരാർ തുകയുടെ 1 % ൽ കുറയാത്ത തുക നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ഐ . ടി . ഐ . അരീക്കോട് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൻ്റെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡാഫ്ററായി അടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം മുള്ളവർ നിശ്ചിത തുക അടക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് വിലയായി അടച്ച തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതല്ല .
