No. MI - 17121 /2008 .
15th December 2008 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Raw Materials and Consumables viz . M. S. Sheets , Hindalium Sheets , Aluminium Revets , M.S Revets , Plate Washers , Emery Cloths , Hack Saw Blades , Cutting Tools , Grinding Stones , Drill bits , M. S. Rods , M. S. Flats , M. S. Angles , Charcoal, Vernier Callipers and Threading Tapes to the Carpentry Unit and Smithy units of Prison Manufacturies of Central Prison , Thiruvananthapuram and Open Prison , Nettukaltheri .
The tender should be superscribed with the Number, name of tender and addressed to the Additional Director General of Police ( Prisons) , Prisons Headquarters , Poojappura , Thiruvanantha- puram- 12 . The PAC of the tender will be 5 lakhs (Rupees Five lakh only) . PAC
മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ അടങ്ങിയ കവറിനു മുകളിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാനുദ് ദേശിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസിൻറ (ക്രമനമ്പരും , പേരും എഴുതി അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്ടർ ജനറൽ ഓഫ് പോലീസ് ( പ്രിസൺസ് ) , ജയിൽ "ഥാനകാര്യാലയം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -12 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്" ദർഘാസിൻറെ അടങ്കൽ തുക 5,00,000 രൂപ (രൂപ അഞ്ച് ലക്ഷം മാത്രം) ആയിരിക്കും .
on Last date and time for receipt of tender with 1% E.M.D. has been extended to 1 p . m . on 30-12-2008 and will be opened at 3 p . m. the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Late, tenders will not be accepted. The rates quoted must be valid np to 31-3-2009 .

താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
Application for teader forms should be accompanied by cash remittance as detailed below:

Duplicate Rs . 200+ VAT .

The cost of tender forms will not be refunded under any circumstances. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 4 p . m . on 29-12-2008 .
