TENDER NOTICE
5th December 2008 .
No. 75/2008-09 .
Sealed tenders are superscribed as Tender No. 75/2008-09 for the supply of Electrical items in Printing Department is invited by the undersigned. The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 5-1-2009 at 1 p . m . and the same will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs . 400 + VAT 4% for original form and Rs . 200+ VAT 4 % for duplicate . Cheques , Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by Registered Post subject to a cash payment by M.O. inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32. The tender forms are not trans- ferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 5-1-2009 . An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tenders . Money Orders will be entertained only upto 29-12-2008 and the purpose of sending Money Order should be specified in Money Order coupon clearly. Late tenders , tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 will not be accepted on any account .
സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ ഐററംസ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാ സുകൾ 5-1-2009 , 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 75 / 2008-09 ഇലക് ട്രിക്കൽ ഐററംസ് വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച " എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . താമസിച്ച കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ദർഘാസ് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 400 രൂപ + വാററ് 4 % നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് 200 രൂപ + വാററ് 4 % നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ (പ്രസ്‌സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിനേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫോറം വി.പി. പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യു ന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റേജ് ചെലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കു ക യാ ണെ ങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് 2000٠ രജിസ്റേറർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത താണ് . 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്ര ത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരത (ദ്രവ്യവുംവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തല്ല . മണിയോർഡർ 29-12-2008 വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരി ക്കുകയുളളു . മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്‌തമായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
