The envelopespes containing the tenders should be superscribed as "Tenders for the supply of Lab equipments to Geology Department of University College, Thiruvananthapuram addressed to the Principal, University College , Thiruvananthapuram , so as to received in this College on or before 2-1-2009, I p. m. Late tenders will notbe accepted . The tenders will be opened at 2 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
